Очень приветливый персонал, который откликается на любую просьбу. Номера, постельное белье, полотенца - все идеально чисто. Уборку и замену полотенец делают ежедневно, в комфортное для гостя время. Кровати удобные. Парковка прямо возле отеля. Ресторан замечательный, девочки официантки очень приятные и улыбчивые. Завтраки вкусные и разные, можно выбирать . Другие блюда из меню тоже очень достойные, вкусные и красиво поданы. Вообще и отель и ресторан очень современные, комфортные и качественные! И мы всегда останавливаемся в отелях уровня, как минимум бизнес плюс и переживали как разместимся в Ужгороде. Но все оказалось очень на уровне! Единственно, что сначала шокировало - это подъезд к отелю, через дворы, но потом вообще это не напрягало, т.к. в целом спокойно вокруг и чисто!

years before I had spent a week and everything hotel and restaurant was perfect. today I ate and very unpleasant and listless waiters served us badly with mistakes and exorbitant costs. disappointed and angry we will never come back here

Отличный тихий отель. Удобные кровати, чистый и просторный,тёплый номер, очень внимательный и вежливый персонал. Парковка прямо у входа,круглосуточное видеонаблюдение , вкусная кухня. Остались довольны абсолютно всем.
