30.03.2025 tarihinde Jolly turdan 11. ayda erken rezervasyon ile satın aldıgım Pentalow Cabin işletmesine bayram tatilimizi geçirmek için ailem ile konaklama yapmak için gittim ve resepsiyonda ki görevli revezvasyonumzu sordu söylediğimiz de ise sizin rezervasyonunuz gözükmemekte yanıtını aldık. Tabi ki şok olduk elimde rezervasyon yaptırdıgımda ki işletme giriş belgesini görevliye gösteriğimde sizin rezervasyonunuzu iptal ettik yanıtını aldık. Sonrasında jolly turu aradım bana sizin rezervosyonunuz iptal eddilmemiş şuan otele girimiş gözükmektesiniz yanıtını aldım. Pentalow işletmesi bayram üzeri biraz daha fazla para kazanmak için güya bizim rezervasyonumuzu ocak ayında iptal etmiş ama ne jolly tura nede tarafımıza yazılı ve sözlü bir beyan ve para iadesi gelmemiştir. Bunu belirttiğim de parası ödenmiş satın alınmış bir rezervasyonu iptal ettiniz kendinizce jolly turun bile haberi yok para iadesi diye söylüyorum işletme benim numaramı bölgedeki diger işletmelere göndermiş farklı işletmeler beni arayıp yer arıyormuşsunuz yardımcı olalım diyor ve tekrardan ücret talep ediyor. Bayram tatilim ve hayellerimiz nasıl yıkılır bu işletme sayesinde öğrendik. Sakın ama sakın bulaşmayın parasını ödediğiniz tatili biraz fazla ücret ödeyen başka birine satacaktır. Sizde tatil için onca yol gidip kapıdan iptal ettik başka yere gidin diyecekler. İşletmecilikten uzak para kazanma insanları kazıklama duyguları ile oynama konusunda iyiler. işletme ruhsatlarının dahi iptal edilmesi gerekiyor.
