Evaluate the hotel objectively shortcoming: 1. Very remote, about 50 minutes drive from the city center 2. The mountain road is very, very steep and it is very inconvenient to travel 3. The room has that old smell 4. When the hotel car came to pick us up to the hotel, it crashed and scrapped my friend's Rimowa locks. All the locks of my friend's Rimowa box were damaged and collapsed. No compensation measures were taken afterwards. I bought a 300 lire inferior suitcase for my friend and we paid for it at our own expense (300 Lira's compensation is not willing to bear) And I was standing a meter away from the box when the car almost knocked me off a cliff 5. The proprietress made a low-level mistake when charging the room bill! 2463 lira charged into 2463 dollars! In the end, the remittance to me was 80 dollars less. Finally, Ctrip compensated me for the money. advantage: 1. Really eat the bonus of beautiful scenery 2. Restaurant cooking is really delicious 3. We took the plane at 9:00 in the morning and stayed in the room at the top of the hotel. The location is one star, the interior of the room is three stars, the balcony is four stars, and the scenery is five stars (it's really beautiful). The traffic must take a taxi. There are many mosquitoes and flies in the backcountry. The reception can help you take a taxi.

Hotel location is great. Transportation is a bit of a problem for 500 meters. The roads are very narrow and dirt on the way down to the hotel. But it's worth it for the view. Food and cocktails exceeded our expectations. Could be improvement on rooms and cleanliness.

The location of the hotel was beautiful, the view and tranquility were wonderful. It can be a bit tiring that all transportation is up/downhill, but this is the feature of Faralya. Starting from the greeting at the reception, all the employees, including the restaurant staff, were very attentive, friendly and helpful. First, we requested maintenance because the air conditioning of the room we were in was inadequate. Our request to change rooms after the technician came was resolved in a very short time and we were changed to a nice room. The view and comfort of the room given to us, called Begonville, was very nice. I think they can improve on cleanliness. Room cleaning and glass and plate cleaning in the restaurant can be improved. Hotel food had sufficient variety and taste was good. Food prices are not much different from outside restaurants in the center. I think it is not worth leaving the hotel. The pool and especially the sea were enjoyable. ***et is a beautiful sea for those who like to dive into the deep sea. I think the depth was 15m+. I think the pool size was also sufficient.

We had a great weekend get away att Zakros. The location is amazing and the service is good, the food was a little bit disappointing though.

Fantastic hotel -felt like we’d found a little bit of paradise. Food was delicious -loads of it! Staff were incredible -couldn’t do more for us, friendly and professional. Pool area was beautiful -great place to watch the sunset. Rooms were secluded and delightful. Would 100% recommend this hotel -would love to return. Thank you for an amazing night.

Picturesque setting with very private mini villas set on the hill side ideal for a relaxed getaway from the crowds. Service and food very good. The pool area is very comfortable and not at all busy for our visit. There is also access to the see via steps.

Just back from a few days of heaven. Beautiful place wonderful staff . Pool and surrounding are to die for as is all the little jetties you can use to get into the sea or even fish from. So relaxing and tranquil, we had a room where the balcony was almost in the sea. So lovely cant wait to go back.

A perfect hotel. Like paradise, the view of the wonderful nature is under your feet. The staff added a separate beauty to this heavenly hotel and I would like to thank all the staff very much. They were all wonderful people. Their behaviors, speeches and services were very good. Thank you to everyone for this beautiful holiday.

We booked this place having stayed here 2 years ago and having an amazing break. On arrival the man in reception was kind and helpful and the gentlemen that took us to our room was lovely. The setting is so picturesque,it is truly amazing. Our room was clean and our decking also. Down at the pool unfortunately staff wise this is where things changed. One waiter in particular clearly didn’t want to be there and was obviously a chore doing any work. At the end of our first day the staff tried to overcharge us and the same thing happened the second. The whole process made us both feel intimidated,upset and uncomfortable. We could have stayed the whole day of departure but we both felt uncomfortable and worried. Unfortunately this completely ruined our stay and wouldn’t consider going back

Definitely a nice place Resturant service is so good clean and happy staff barmen and cocktails were so good had fillet steak it was nice and lunch time menu good the breakfast looked ok I can’t eat breakfast but it looked good …prices are good not over priced at all …only the rooms can be cleaner I think house cleaning staff not doing perfect job but as you think it’s a place in no where it’s ok

I will be making a complaint to ******* regarding this hotel They show different pictures this hotel is not as it’s shown on ******* very poor service bad unsafe area dirty pillows broken jacuzzi broken toilet stained toilet seat insects everywhere not clean at all bad breakfast
