Ho soggiornato in questo albergo per lavoro insieme a dei colleghi. L’albergo è vicino alla stazione e in pieno centro quindi ottimo per la posizione . Le nostre camere erano posizionate lontane dalla reception in un corpo distante e raggiungibile attraverso un corridoio ed un altro ascensore. Stanze nuove ma il mio giudizio è negativo perché nella stanza la temperatura era settanta sul valore estivo e per noi Italiano era veramente freddo. Ci siamo lamentati ma non si poteva cambiare la temperatura in autonomia . Le stanze non sono state rifatte ne gli asciugamani cambiati. Abbiamo chiesto in reception ma al nostro ritorno le camere erano ancora non sistemate . Assistenza inesistente.

Utilizzato per affari a giugno 2024. Temperatura esterna tra 8 e 12 gradi, usano aria condizionata settaggio estate. Vuol dire stanze freddissime. Bocchette del condizionatore vicino al letto impossibili da bloccare né internamente alla stanza né chiedendo alla reception. La stanza non viene pulita. Asciugamani non vengono cambiati. Solo sistemazione del piumone. La cosa bella di questo hotel è il momento del check out finale, quando puoi pensare: è finita!!

I have never had such an unfriendly service as I had today. I was leaving and receptionist was rude, no “Thank you” or any polite words. And there is a huge construction site nearby, cannot sleep after 7 am. Avoid this hotel! So next time it will be Sokos Hotel when coming to Vaasa.

Nice hotel in easily accessible location in city centre. Lovely, clean and modern room in newer side. Nice play room for children. Good breakfast in a beuatiful breakfast room. It was a bit inconvenient having to go to breakfast and reception across the road outside, especially with a toddler.
