Zeitraum des sogenannten 5-tägigen "LIGHTHOUSEFESTIVALS" sowie eine Woche davor und ca. eine Woche danach (mehrjährige Erfahrung): Zerstörung der hier so wunderbaren Küstenlandschaft durch Einsatz schwerer Technik beim Aufbau der Festivalanlagen. Niedertrampeln der einmaligen Halbinsel durch ca. 3.500 Partyfans von elektronischer Musik sowie ungehemmter Lärm , insbesondere Dauerbeschallung mit Bassakkorden , welche auch die Nachbarstrände sicher erreichen. Nach Abzug der Feiernden dauert es Tage bis der nicht erfasste Müll wie Zigarettenkippen, Flaschenverschlüsse u.ä. vom Meer davongespült werden. der Abtransport zahlreicher Mülltonnen und WC-Kabinen zog sich in der Vergangenheit über eine Woche hin. Wir sind keine Anhänger der so aktuellen grünen Bewegung, aber diese Zerstörung eine einzigartigen Küstenatmosphäre tut weh. Korrumpierte Regionalpolitiker sind wahrscheinlich mit im Boot.

Excellent location and beautiful sea for those who love rocks. Easy access to the sea with ladders or directly from the shore. Very quiet, excellent for families or relaxation.

The staff was friendly, the surroundings beautiful and the beach was clean. The only thing is that the apar**ents urgently need renovation. The bathroom was actually no good anymore. The kitchen is also in urgent need of replacement. And possibly install air conditioning. It was super warm in the rooms.

Apar**ent not so good, but OK for an overnight stay, surroundings are great.

We have been going to this complex for decades, it is always very clean but unfortunately also very old. The footpaths in the park are broken, the area around reception is very old, partly neglected and in need of renovation. WiFi is also only partially available.

The photos on the website absolutely do not correspond to reality. I think they were taken at least twenty years ago. We booked a Sunset apar**ent and were assigned apar**ent Biserka 147. As soon as we entered, the room was pervaded by a strong latrine smell. The bathroom on the ground floor has drainage problems. The tile joints are black, the bathroom fixtures are in disrepair and cleaned very roughly. The walls of the apar**ent are stained, the windows broken and crooked. The bathroom door, also dirty, does not stay closed. The kitchen furniture is in disrepair and the plaster is peeling from the ceiling and the terrace. The apar**ent is colonized by ants (also present on the sofa bed) and spiders. The room upstairs is slightly more decent, even if it has a French window that doesn't close and the attached bathroom has the same problems as the one downstairs. We pointed out these critical issues to the reception and to the manager of the facility who sent the maids to the floors for an extraordinary cleaning (the spider with its attached cobweb, present behind the bathroom door, after cleaning we found it back in its place) . The manager later contacted us to assign us (at our request) a new accommodation: apar**ent Eda 411. Externally the apar**ents are nicer than those in the Biserka building. Inside the apar**ent, however, there is a constant smell of mold, the cleanliness is very poor (there are stains and fingerprints from who knows how many previous customers on the furniture), the bathroom fixtures have significant drainage problems and have unclear stains . In the bathroom the ventilation fan doesn't work and is covered in dust and mold. The mattress on the sofa bed is indecent: old and full of stains. The icing on the cake: at night there are black cockroaches that fall from the ceiling, ants are everywhere and there is a mouse that raids the kitchen and leaves excrement in the cabinet under the sink. We left the property early. We wrote an email to the director, but it remained unanswered. I understand that the structure is a two star, but the cleanliness and decorum must be there. Your health is at risk here! Absolutely avoid!! In all this decadence there is only one positive thing: the very clean sea!
