Comfortable room and service is good. Polite and well ***nered staff. But in room tv, needed channels not available.

As per say the was little high, was expecting 2300+gst. Services were satisfactory. I being employed in central audit and inspection dept. Am on regular visit to hotels on western ghats of india, had stayed in suits within my expenses limit as set by govt.

Maintained poorly, rooms has a stale smell, shower not working etc. Restaurant table was not clean, still had food particles on the linen. Common bathroom stinks.

Location is good as it it near to railway station & bus stand and other shops. Complimentary breakfast is good and they have lot of options for lunch and dinner as well. Service extended by the staff is great too. Room is very clean, spacious and well lit.
