Rooms & washrooms were clean and spacious.. breakfast buffet was awesome and every staff from hotel I came across was courteous and warm .. right from security to checking in to checking out everything was just seamless and absolutely smooth..

Excellent services and facilities, highly recommended. The staff and front desk is very helpful and will go the extra mile to make your stay and dining experience comfortable. The rooms and spacious and well maintained and the hotel has a wide spread of breakfast buffet and also a pan Asian restaurant that serves delicious food.

Hey there I stayed at Vivanta Vadodara for one day 7 to 8 December. Check in and check out process was smooth and room was also hygienic but they lacked basic amenities. First of all toothpaste was provided but there was no toothbrush for which i had to call reception multiple times and I got that after more than a hour. There was no tea or coffee sachet in the room. Washroom has no hair dryer and washroom was having a pungent smell. I was not expecting this kind of service from a well renowned 5 star hotel. It was even lacking the basic 3 star hotel amenities. Overall it was a below average stay. Will think multiple times for booking the same accommodation in future.

Excellent hotel Very attentive and welcoming staff I had a sore throat and staff at the restaurant was very helping and caring thru out my stay. Every day for three days and nights they would prepare a ginger based warm drink which was a very soothing experience This was their initiative after I mentioned that I had sore throat. They even went above and beyond to serve me less oily food

During my recent stay at Vivanta by Taj in Vadodara, I was truly impressed by the exceptional hospitality. From the warm welcome to the personalized service, every moment was a delight. A special mention goes to the incredible team, including their talented MasterChef, Mr. Tanhaji, the ever-gracious Ms. Neelima and Mr. Rajendra. Their dedication to ensuring a memorable experience was evident in every interaction. I wholeheartedly wish the Vivanta team continued success and look forward to visiting again soon!

So I had to write about our recent stay in vivanta. Now it is firstly a beautiful Hotel easily accessible with great food but the thing that sets this hotel apart and gives it the taj tag are the staff! My friend was sadly sick from the day we started our trip but the only reason we survived is because of the help of Julip, Rajendra and Neelima . From helping us to get a place to settle in before our check in , to fetching meds ,food they were there. So thank you so so much you guys for making our stay beautiful ❤️❤️❤️
