My stay with family at a***i vagator, goa was comfortable and pleasant. Room service was satisfactory, issues were attended to on immediate basis, customer service was upto mark

The staff is brilliant and their service is good. The room is well maintained. However i felt the breakfast was not up to the mark, the quality of breakfast could be improved. Bathrooms are well maintained but air doesnât go out and gets stinky after one use. It would be great if you made necessary adjustments.

Everything is perfect. Very close to vagator beach. Other beaches like calangute, baga, candolim, anjuna are also situated within a distance of 5-7kms.

Serivce is good 5 out of 4. 5 but hotel is not clean properly 5 out of 3. 8 staff are so friendly 5 out of 4. 2 but check day i ask water but they gave me ro water it was smelly please all was go ok at last they given ro water hotel value become 5 out 2. 5 please follow the hotel standard.

Stinky washrooms and towels. The rooms ceiling also was very very bad. Please do not consider this property for your holiday. Rooms arenât pleasant for a comfortable sleep.
