Everything was perfect. an extraordinary place. the convent has been tastefully modified into a luxury hotel while respecting the location. The rooms are spacious as well as the bathroom. The bed very comfortable. All very clean. The Restaurant is worthy of a starred restaurant. The meal served outside was a good time. The owners are present and do not hesitate to comment on this adventure of transforming a convent into a sumptuous hotel. We will return with pleasure.

An oasis with a lot of style. Quiet, large pool, modern and spacious rooms with a small fridge and Nespresso machine. The restaurant in the courtyard of the former monastery serves good food in the evening, the service is friendly, and the regional wines are excellent. With every visit we notice further positive developments. The proximity of the Anselm Kiefer Foundation Ribaute, the town of Barjac and the natural attractions in the area make the hotel an ideal base.

We stayed at the convent hotel and had reservations at the same time for the restaurant. Not only does the hotel have incredible charm, but it also houses a high-quality restaurant within its walls. Located within the convent itself between a large vaulted room (probably the old refectory) and a beautiful interior courtyard, it offers a varied and fine menu, attentive service of a high standard. We loved this place.
