Location is amazing. Sleepy backwater just what we needed after our 9 day golden triangle tour. Service was amazing. All staff, housekeeping, ground staff, and all in the restaurant were well presented, attentive, and excellent. Special mention to Hari Krishna who replenished the stock of Kingfisher beer …. You are asked not to tip individuals rather than leave a donation at the end of the stay which will be distributed to all staff. Lots of activities on offer, but equally relaxing if that's your goal. Would recommend.

Coconut Lagoon is SUCH a beautiful gem, a stunning place and amazing experience of Kerala's finest cuisine and resort embedded deep in nature and wellness!! Truly an escape from the hustle bustle of daily life! The staff were sweet and extremely helpful, one such person i would always remember is Shynima and Hari who always made sure i was comfortable and taken good care of. HATS OFF to all the staff for working so hard and taking such good care of everything and the guests. The food was amazing and the rooms were so gorgeous, my friends and i were baffled. Will definitely come next year!!

Coconut Lagoon is perfect spot for when you want luxury and best in class hospitality. Having visited them in 2019, with my family, where we had stayed in 3 lake facing villas for 2 nights, I had experienced an amazing time. This time I decided to come here with my wife, immediately after our wedding to experience some peace and calmness in the lush green property of Coconut Lagoon. We once again stayed in the villa that has a private pool. The staff was very warm and courteous. Few names I would surely like to mention are Mr. Thomas and Mr. Akhil at Reception. Chefs Jerry and John who made the most scrumptious meals and Mr. Anurag and Mr. Amal FB service. Special shoutout to Dr. Haris from Ayurveda centre. I was having a bad body ache and Dr. Haris and his team provided with one of the best massages I’ve experienced. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who’s looking to explore Kumarakom and the famous backwaters of Kerala.

Considering the evolving standards within the hospitality industry, coupled with the price point of the accommodations, and when compared to other highly rated hotels or resorts, an upgrade is warranted. Guests, particularly those seeking an elevated sleeping experience amid-st kerala's intense summer climate, may find the current offerings falling short of expectations.

We had selected the resort to celebrate our parents wedding anniversary. I had emailed the resort team and they arranged the room with anniversary themed decoration. They also provided a cake for our parents too.

Cg h earth stands for cleaner greener healthier earth. Staying true to this motto cg h coconut lagoon gives you a glimpse into the old ways of living in kerala in a modern setting. If you are from tulunadu or kerala, the cottages will spring up childhood memories of visiting your folks during summer holidays. The cottages are spacious, authentic and well equiped. Its a good example of taking the best of both the ancient architecture and modern technology. Staff is excellent, property is superbly maintained, the ayurveda center masseuses are quite knowledgeable, sunset cruise is soothing. The only qualm i have is the food. There is less options to choose from and tastes very bland.

One of the resort in india. Great place to spend time with family. Ambience is exceptional and well maintained. Staffs are friendly and always ready help out in any way possible. We really enjoyed the food, especially fish. At coconut lagoon you will safe, relaxed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend it for anyone who is looking for peaceful and relaxing vacation.

this was my second stay in Coconut lagoon....last one was an year ago and we enjoyed that to the maximum...my daughter always tells about her memories at coconut lagoon and so decided for a second one..... checked in by 12 noon on the vishu day and as usual a very warm welcome at reception. we had booked the pool villas this time as my daughter wanted this time to be in the pool and she didn't want to go for sunset cruise.....her to do list was play in pool....butterfly garden visit and fishing..... checked in the room and room as well as pool found to be too good.... she enjoyed the pool maximum. but missed her fishing as no one was there to assist like our last visit. the property is well maintained and service also was good at Front office and restaurant. we found the food quality is not the same like last time....the bf buffet spread not upto the mark....dosa was not good and porotta was hard and seems to be old ones. need to maintain the standard of food. the evening cultural programe was boring with no life....we had asked for a pool float for our daughter but did not get it and housekeeping says that the one they had has a hole and forgot to repair..this reply was totally unacceptable from a hotel with pool villas and a full fledged pool. we found lot of ants in the room soon after check in and informed hk on it they came and cleaned but night also could see ants cong inside....need to have this also checked. the areas needed to have attention is the food quality....the responsibility of hk dept. These needs to get improved and hope that this won't repeat during our next visit. special mention of the front office staff jose and the two ladies at restaurant. they were too good.
