We skied in Vail for the first time and stayed at the Four Seasons. We had adjoining rooms for our family of four, the rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable, and quiet. Their main restaurant Remedy was outstanding! The staff was so nice and accommodating, anticipating needs, and assistance was with a servant’s heart. The biggest kudos goes to their ski concierge service at the base of the gondola, where their service was exceptional with all our gear and even with food and hot drinks to get us going, and up on the mountain in an efficient manner, and meet us at the snow’s edge at the end of the day to help with skis and equipment. Expensive, yes but worth every penny.

We stay at the Four Seasons whenever we have the opportunity to travel. This was the 5th time we stayed at this resort. The residential suites are very comfortable for a family or large group. We highly recommend staying at this Four Seasons Resort. The staff and housekeeping go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable.

Had amazing experience getting into Vail on a direct flight from SFO. Four seasons hotel has excellent service and accommodations. We did not need a car - shuttle service was excellent. Food options and drinks are great. Really recommend this!

Jerome & his staff did an amazing job during our stay. The hotel is beautiful and the views are magnificent. From check-in to departure the staff was very attentive. They provided transportation to Vail & Lionshead Villages which was very accomodating. We will definitely stay here again!

Our week-long stay at the Four Seasons Vail was wonderful! This was our second time visiting this property for a family ski / snowboard trip. The staff was wonderful. The Ski Concierge, particularly sets Four Seasons above everyone else. Also, the shuttle to / from the mountain and around town was of great help again. Of particular note, we had a minor inconvenience of unfortunately being given a room near some construction. The staff handled the issue with grace and professionalism, by not only moving us, but making our trip a bit more special during the week. An absolute must... is downloading the Four Seasons App for quick and easy communications with the concierge and staff via text.
