The staff was extremely friendly and helpful - which was a marked contrast to the arrogance we had just left behind at a comparable property in Aspen.
Facilities were very comfortable. Complimentary coffee and tea absolutely hit the spot.
Bottom line is that we expect to return at some point.

My son forgot a ski jacket in his room. I've already sent a message to the hotel but no one has replied to me yet. In addition, the hotel had no breakfast option, no open bar and no room service. It was the last weekend of the reverse station, there were few employees.

My brother and our 93 year old mother truly enjoyed our stay at the Tivoli Lodge. Its location was great and the staff were very friendly. All for a reasonable room rate. I highly recommend staying at the Tivoli Lodge.

Nice quiet room on the top floor. All of the employees were friendly and made you feel welcome. A nice touch for Vail - far more of a family atmosphere/approach than other hotels. Easy access (walking) to Gondie #1 and Vail Village. Highly recommend.

Great service and delicious cocktails. The location is perfect. It is very close to the gondola one. The only problem is the parking is too small

Nice facility and solid housekeeping but it's the staff that makes a fine hotel and the front desk staff was unsmiling, curt and borderline rude throughout my stay. They like to sit in the back room and there's no bell at the front desk to summon them, so there's always a stand-and-wait time at the front desk. I felt like I was ruining their day by checking in. I got so tired of their curt, down attitudes that I checked out a day early on my prepaid reservation. From here it looks like short staffing and definitely inadequate training in gracious hospitality. Staff is probably also tired since I stayed there April 2024, the very end of the winter ski season. But this is the kind of hotel experience that keeps AirBnB and VRBO in business--your stay will never be ruined by unfriendly staff when there is no staff--and I certainly won't be going back to this hotel.

You can't beat the location! Being in Vail village and right next to the Gondola was fantastic. The staff is very friendly and the dog that lives at the hotel was super sweet. What could have been improved upon is the bellmen experience and amenities. My husband and I loaded/unloaded our car while the bellmen watched. This would not have been an issue except for the fact that the ramp leading to the door was blocked off due to rain/snow runoff from the roof. So we had to carry everything up the front stairs to load on a cart. Not a great way to start a vacation with a strained back! Also, many of the amenities in our room didn't work like the gas fireplace, bathtub drain stopper and bathroom fan.
