We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious. We went for breakfast at 9:45 and there was no bacon, eggs or beans. We asked the staff multiple times to top this up for us however they did not. Lots of guests also asking the same thing. The spa was very lovely and the addition of robes made it easy. Would’ve been even better if the spa was open a bit later as the lady had to ask a few of us to leave.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce charmant hôtel familial même si une seule nuit fut un peu trop court pour en profiter pleinement. Nous avons apprécié l’ambiance familiale et chaleureuse de cet endroit ainsi que la compétence et la gentillesse du personnel dans sa grande majorité. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Petit bémol concernant notre repas du soir. Nous avions pris avec ma compagne des Linguines aux coquillages remplies de sable et avec peu de tellines. C’était à la limite de l’immangeable. Nous l’avons signalé par deux fois. La moindre des choses aurait été de faire un geste, ce qui nous a un peu déçus. Nous reviendrons tout de même dans cet hôtel prochainement.

Quick trip but very lovely stay. Friendly staff, clean good breakfast. Didn’t have supper. Very central. Bar area very nice. Communal parts a little tired but a charming hotel.

Hôtel familial, chaleureux avec un personnel à la fois attentif et aimable. Très belle situation, petit déjeuner et restaurant de qualité, chambres confortables, spa bien entretenu et bien agréable. Super adresse !

We were not satisfied at all. Our room was really the worst room in the hotel. They were very indifferent and rude. Only the location is very good and the breakfast is okay.

Fantastic hotel. Staff are extremely helpful. Warm and inviting. Great location close to slopes and high street. Good spa facilities. Rooms are spacious. Only negatives were no soap dish in shower. Cooked breakfast always cold. Plenty other choice so didn't bother me. Laura in bar area the most pleasant person I've met. She couldn't do enough for us. Reception staff were also incredibly helpful. Rooms were kept immaculate.
