If I could give this hotel a ZERO I would. Due to travel restrictions imposed by the French Government we cannot travel to this hotel as booked for Christmas. They have refused us a refund, ignored all our emails and messages and despite promising an email with a solution to this they have not done so. Please do not book this hotel as I have friends who had to cancel a few weeks ago and the same thing has happened. AVOID !!!

great location for this hotel inside all wood like a mountain chalet. the rooms are sufficiently spacious and comfortable. The restoration is the other strong point of this hotel restaurant. the dishes are all very tasty thanks to the whole team in the kitchen. the service staff is charming, attentive and efficient. only happiness with the slopes a few steps away. do not hesitate to book

Expensive and middle standard burger. Bread was much too crunchy. Kind but very busy waiters. Two large very noisy younster groups shouting and singing. Not a good atmosphere. Have been here before but we are not coming back again. Can unfortunately not recommend this restaurant anymore even as the waitress was friendly and did her best.

I booked this hotel on the 25th January then cancelled because I found a better deal. According to *********** it was free to cancel. The hotel have taken £804 from my credit card. I emailed them, messaged them, contacted ***********, pursued the dispute resolution service with booking .com and didn't get anywhere. When in Val d'Siere last week, I visited the hotel and insisted that the receptionist refund my money while I waited. Allegedly she did. I receved a receipt...but no money has yet been refunded. It's a disgrace. I will continue to pursue until I get my money back.

Un très bon accueil dans cet hôtel confortable, une patrone adorable ainsi que les salariés, de très bon conseils, chambre très cosy, confortable et spacieuse, bien décorée, la 1/2 pension dans le nouveau restaurant de l'hôtel non loin était parfait et luxueux.... de très bons souvenirs. En plein centre donc très pratique et calme de surcroît.

Booked this hotel with extra cancellation because of covid. France then banned UK visitors and so I cancelled the booking within my time and before I had to pay the full amount. That was back on the 4th Jan 2022 and I have emailed and phoned the hotel several times, I keep being told it’s going to get paid but it hasn’t. The trip was for 8 people and they owe me well over a £1000. Don’t book with them they cannot be trusted! Or maybe they might prove me wrong!

Careful if you are booking as it appears refunds are not a thing with this hotel. Cancelled 1 night stay after restrictions on Uk visitors were enforced. Cancelled inside the deadline for a full refund but nothing as yet and email number doesn’t work.

We were looking for a nice place to have a good meal. We were disappointed. We were only 2 tables … and we were placed at the back of the room when we could have been on the street side to contemplate the Christmas lights and the snow! In short, the dining room is a bit dated. We took a pierrade (good meat but nothing more!) served with a bowl of fries that were way too salty!!!! I think the cook must be in love. Little advice he should taste them. Salad bowl and dressings are well seasoned. Too bad the beer was not fresh and the appliance took a long time to heat up and cook!! ＞ device that should be changed. The server at our table was very helpful and polite. A good point for him. To conclude level quality / price ratio it is not up to par but if we know that we are in resort!
