Nos alojamos este mes de junio en una de sus habitaciones y la verdad que para el precio que tienen me decepcionó. Había una humedadcondensacion en la habitación brutal, hasta el punto de que la ropa que dejabas en un butacón la notabas húmeda al día siguiente.. Baños podrían estar más cuidados y con algún detalle por parte del hotel. (Ni cepillo de dientes de cortesía ni nada parecido). Las ventanas por fuera con varias telas de araña. En definitiva, la situación es buenísima para disfrutar de la playa. Pero pagar lo que piden en julio, agosto, por lo que son esas habitaciones me parece demasiado..

Escogimos este hotel para hacer una etapa de descanso en el Camino De Santiago del norte, y ha sido un acierto absoluto. El entorno natural, con la playa de la Franca justo delante, es maravilloso. La habitación, amplia y cómoda. El servicio, impecable, con Beatriz a la cabeza, siempre pendiente de que no nos falte nada; nunca nos habíamos encontrado con una camarera con su profesionalidad. Súper recomendable para pasar un día de descanso y relax.

Just visited this hotel for 3 nights with a group Superb is the adjective that comes to mind It's hidden down a lane - surrounded by rich gardens - hotel gives straight onto the beach and a rather lovely cove - kingfishers , dippers and wagtails in the stream running onto the beach - swimming from the very clean beach - rooms comfortable- everything works (WiFi,aircon etc) - staff genial - catering good quality and generous ( if anything too generous ) It's rare to find an hotel which offers such comfort and in a glorious setting with Picos very accessible Will go back Thanks to all the staff who made the stay so good

Agradecer que puedas ir con tu mascota a un sitio tan especial,volveré siempre que pueda,muchas gracias!! El restaurante es fabuloso,puedes ir a disfrutar de rica y cuidada comida aunque no estés alojado,lo recomiendo por calidad y atención, el precio equiparado con la calidad Y las vistas desde la habitación para no moverte de la ventana, un lujo descubrir el Mirador de La Franca, muchas gracias!!!

We have arrived at this wonderfully situated hotel right on the beach, the staff are very gracious and helpful and Freindly. The menu is fabulous and the food excellent. Service is good and a few help us with the menu as it is mostly written in Spanish . My only complaint is the lack of a decent rose in the place. The world of Rose’s has quite reached here yet as the only one was what I would call a robust red rose and very. Dry ! Please add a couple to the wine list por favor!

Arrived at hotel to be told our booking had been cancelled by the hotel to accommodate a wedding party that had been accepted after our booking had been confirmed and paid. Offered a dingy hotel with no bar or restaurant in Colombres. Disgusted. Getting our money back from the tour operators, who are also furious they were not informed either. We had to drive to Santander and pay again for a suitable hotel for our group. Do not book this hotel, it is run by dishonest, underhand, money grabbing liars. Avoid risking our bad experience by not booking this hotel.

Espectacular situación la de este hotel en plena playa. Estuvimos en el puente de diciembre y estaba casi vacio, mejor. Las vistas desde la habitación son únicas. Es recomendable la habitación con vistas a la playa. Es un hotel tradicional y frugal con mucho encanto. Dispone de un pequeño gimnasio y salida directa a la playa. El restaurante muy bueno también.
