Hotel average, Italian staff very friendly, Swiss staff very impolite. Our room was not in the main building so every time we had to put jackets and hats on. Pool ok but no water/tea stations available. SPA far from the main bulging and not so nice (narrow and on different floors), if you walk from the lobby or swimming pool area with your robe to the SPA you will probably catch a cold. Food ok but not so big portions. Kids club with only few activities planned, so more of a supervised play room. Slippers in the room not available, you have to bring your own. Place is great if you ski, otherwise is very average

Toller Ort für Familienferien. Die Kinder haben ein super Angebot und die Eltern können bspw. im SPA Bereich die Zeit geniessen. Das Hotel ist sehr schön und gepflegt, das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Essen war für die ganze Familie toll.

Es war alles super. Wir haben ein Upgrade erhalten beim Zimmer, mega Toll, danke. Das Frühstück Buffet und der Wellness Bereich war super. Mehr haben wir nicht genuzt.

I cannot fault this Hotel. The food is fantastic. The cocktails are fantastic. The service is fantastic. The management got everything right here so a big Kudos to the whole team! One of the best hotels we have stayed in. We loved going for a cocktail and then for dinner with our daughter every evening. For a two year old the play area is also a wonderland and the child carers were always super helpful and trustworthy. A super hotel overall.

Chambres magnifiques, cosy, très propres et bien équipées. Service au restaurant PARFAIT et très compréhensifs avec les enfants, le repas et la carte des vins à la hauteur du service :) Spa, piscine et extérieurs superbes. Le KidsInn (Service de garde pour les enfants) est très bien (équipement et personnel). Seuls bémols: l'aire de jeu dans le jardin n'est pas adaptée pour les petits enfants (-3ans): toboggan trop haut et échelle très raide, une seule balançoire pour les "grands".

Das Personal ist ist sehr freundlich (nicht gespielt) und aufmerksam! Check-In und -Out sehr speditiv. Hotel ist schön gestaltet, die Zimmer sind sehr funktional eingerichtet und auf Ökologie wird grossen Wert gelegt! Abendessen ist exzellent und auch das Morgen-Buffet lässt keine Wünsche offen! War bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal dort!

Nous venons de passer trois jours dans cet hôtel familiale ! Magnifique séjour, chambre spacieuse, soignée. Seul bémol, la taille de la salle de bain qui est étonnamment petite! Sinon, rien à redire, personnel très gentil, literie confortable, nombreux services appréciables (salle de jeux pour enfant, piscine, spa, activités extérieures, et accessibilité aux nombreux parcours vtt de la région) Le gros plus de cet établissement : son restaurant! Une cuisine digne d’un gastro ! Séjour inoubliable pour notre part!

This restaurant is simply a delight, we enjoyed a fabulous dinner in modern and typical "Graubünden" decor style. Off the main road with a lovely terrace. The staff was very friendly and the food simply outstanding. See you next time in Valbella!

Je ne crois n’avoir jamais été dans un hôtel où absolument tout est aussi bien pensé. Chaque espace de la chambre, de l’organisation, du restaurant, des activités, du staff. Tout est réfléchi, propre, en ordre, tous les détails d’un séjour reposant et agréable sont en place. La chambre est spacieuse, d’une propreté impeccable, confortable, la salle de bain est top, belle vue depuis la terrace (grande et reposante). Les activités de l’hôtel sont également bien organisées avec à disposition des raquettes de tennis pour petits et grand, un mini-golf sympa, une jolie terrace et un pool-house pour un petit apéro en fin de journée. Les piscines sont vraiment bien et propres également. Les repas sont bien conçus, largement proportionnés. Que dire de plus?! Que beaucoup de personnel en charge d’hôtel devraient faire un séjour ici pour découvrir comment on peut faire très bien sans avoir à être un Palace. Je recommande surtout aux familles souhaitant un séjour sympa, simple, dans la nature pour se reposer et partager de beaux moments. Je crois que c’est l’un des rares endroits où avant de partir, j’étais déjà en train de réfléchir quand je pourrais revenir. Bref, un grand merci pour ce séjour!!!
