Location favolosa...gentilezza del personale ottima.... camera pulita...ma per il resto pessimo!!! Un resort non può offrire pranzi e cene a buffet di scarsissima qualità e con pochissimi piatti!!! Antipasti terribili...primi piatti sconditi e senza sapore!!! Secondi piatti senza scelta ...o pesce insapore o costolette in salsa bbq con grassetti e calletti vari...immangiabile.....e poi dove siamo ? Ad un resort oppure ad una scampagnata con grigliata? Mio marito digiuno non mangia pesce e nemmeno grasso di carne! Deludente da morire...ma perché poi tutto senza sapore? Se dite che dalle recensioni imparate allora fate un passo indietro e cercate di rialzarvi con un cambio radicale della cucina e tornate come si faceva l'anno scorso che quella era cucina degna della Tonnara di Bonagia!!!!!!! Riflettete....

Ottima accoglienza e assistenza dello staff. Un resort ben organizzato, immerso in un’insenatura costiera fortemente naturalistica, con un mare limpido. La colazione e la cena a buffet sempre molto diversificata con la scelta di dieta mediterranea e in parte internazionale, con l’attenzione anche per i più piccoli.

Ospiti dall'11 al 15 giugno scorso, mia moglie ed io abbiamo trascorso 3 giorni all'insegna della bellezza e della tranquillità. La location, un'antica tonnara mirabilmente recuperata e convertita in hotel 4 stelle che sembrava un resort, era una gioia per gli occhi. La camera, pulita e silenziosa, offriva un colpo d'occhio splendido sia sul Monte Erice che sul porticciolo di Bonagia. Il buffet, ricco e vario sia a colazione che a cena, era impreziosito dal lavoro di pregio del personale, sempre pronto ad accontentare le nostre richieste supplementari. Armonico il rapporto qualità - prezzo. Lo consigliamo vivamente anche per la posizione che rimane strategica per le escursioni verso le tante bellezze circostanti (Trapani, Erice, Marsala, Segesta ecc.).

Siamo ritornati in questo resort a distanza di due anni, restando molto delusi sia della struttura, camere comprese, e ancor di più della cucina. Pranzo e cena molto scarsa di qualità, con chef sicuramente non all'altezza di un resort 4 stelle. Cibo cucinato male e poco saporito e pochissima scelta. Avevo pensato di passare le ferie di agosto qui ma mi sono fortemente ricreduto.

Mis à part la piscine qui est très agréable avec une belle vue , la qualité de cet établissement n est pas à la hauteur de ses tarifs . D’image car le lieu a un vrai potentiel ! Chambre spacieuse mais mal insonorisée avec entre jour de la porte avec le couloir laissant passer tous les bruits de couloir. nous avions une chambre avec terrasse vue sur mer et cours au dernier étage … avec un piano électrique qui massacrait des standards sous nos fenêtres jusqu a au moins 22 h , restaurant bof , et petit déjeuner à éviter surtout le chocolat chaud … bref le pire établissement de notre repas trip en Sicile. Et nous en avons fait bcp et des moins chère . Heureusement que nous avons pu profiter de la piscine sans quoi nous serions reparti immédiatement . A éviter si vous aimez un hôtel calm pour bien dormir
