The hotel Puerta del Sur is in a paradise-like location, surrounded by tall trees and an nature-rich wetland. The view from the hotel rooms, lobby and breakfast room is amazing. Very clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Best Hotel I have ever stayed at in my 20 years business traveling.

Un gran hotel con una hermosa vista inigualable. El personal es de primera amable y de muy buena disposición. Las tinajas son increíbles. Los desayunos buffet son muy ricos y abundante y con una vista privilegiada. La verdad es que el Hotel es una excelente experiencia,es más que una estadía.

Clean hotel and well located
But during our stay, an electricity shutfown occurs from 20:00 hrs until 12:00 am next day.
So I expected some courtesy from the hotel (discount or bonus for the next stay),but nothing of that happens.

Vinimos hace unos años con mi pareja y ahora retornamos con nuestro bebé, la verdad ha bajado mucho… venden que han tenido mejoras como una piscina y tinajas, pero en lo medular están mucho peor. Se nota mucho la falta de mantencion, los juegos de niños están horribles, las áreas verdes tras el hotel con mantencion muy limitada, desayuno ha bajado considerablemente en calidad y variedad, se nota falta de personal y, para remate, si bien el personal es agradable una recepcionista no nos dio ninguna solución donde dejar el pañal del bebé “espere que vayan a limpiar no más, no hay opción” fueron sus dichos (parecía broma) y el último día no limpiaron nunca la habitación aunque avisamos dos veces, si no hubiera reclamado nos quedamos como estaba todo… estado de piezas igual muy desgastadas No vale lo que cuesta, ni la mitad, no volveremos

Excelente hotel, muy linda vista y buenas y espaciosas habitaciones, todos/as muy amables. Solo tuvimos un inconveniente, porque se celebraba una fiesta de matrimonio y no nos habían avisado antes. Nos cambiaron a una habitación más lejana y terminó no tan tarde, pero aconsejo preguntar antes.

Cuando llegamos al check a las 15:00 como pide el hotel no tenían la habitación lista y nos pedían esperar dos horas … de insistir después de 40 minutos esperando en recepción sin ninguna explicación por parte del servicio nos dieron otra habitación no la que se pagó con antelación .
En otra instancia solicitamos al personal un té y nos dijeron que no tienen servicio de restaurante cuando ofrecen desayunos.

Amplias habitaciones con una maravillosa vista al jardín y humedal del Río Cruces. La nueva piscina y las tinajas de agua caliente en medio de la naturaleza son una muy buena alternativa para relaj**** y descansar. Vale la pena caminar hasta el muelle y disfrutar de las aves del humedal y las vistas al atardecer. Está muy bien ubicado, cerca de restaurantes y atracciones.
