Aunque el hotel necesitaría una actualización, es confortable y las habitaciones son amplias. Hay un buen desayuno buffet, el personal es muy amable y está a cinco minutos andando del centro de Valdivia. El restaurante del hotel tiene buenos precios y una carta variada.

Although it has a very good location, central, the parking lot is small. The upper level rooms are not bad, but the bathrooms need more cleaning. That was the negative point of the stay. For the same value one can stay at Diego de Almagro for example.

At checkout on Sunday 8/13/23 THEY FORCED ME TO PAY FOR A FRIGOBAR CONSUMPTION THAT I HAD NOT MADE.
