Food was average
The rooms are needing to be updated, had to unplug the refrigerator because of the noise

This is a good hotel. The only drawback is that it’s showing its age so our room was a bit dingy. I’m sure they’ve been been cleaned well, but look dirty because of the permanent marks and stains that come with age. The air conditioner was loud so we ended up turning it off which was fine since we were there in February.

Outside was a little dirty pool and grounds. Inside needs a complete remodel but until that happens you must keep things cleaner. Inside the room was fine, bed was good. Breakfast could be better, no cooked oa**eal, sausage looked weird, and no black tea. All workers were very nice and helpful. I think that I would stay there again if I need to stay in Valdosta.

Your gift card process is terrible. Cannot utilize discounts. I suspect that is so your company can profit on those opportunities. I am on a mission to make consumers aware to end your business. It only benefits your business. Waste of a middleman.
The hotel was dirty in our room. I’m sending them the pics because you have no value to customers. Your value is only for yourselves.
