It’s a bit of a hike from the town - although a short cab journey - but I wouldn’t stay anywhere else if I visited again. I had planned to stay three nights at Forte de Sao Francisco, but was so disappointed with it, I ended up switching here. And it was a gamble that paid off. Gorgeous, huge room - modern and clean, with a properly stocked minibar, spectacular bathroom, spacious balcony and beautiful views. I had a room at the back overlooking the mountains, which was wonderful in daylight but a bit lost in the dark. If you want an interesting nighttime vista, probably best to stay in a room at the front with views of the city in the distance – at least you’d get some twinkling lights. Two fabulous pools, good breakfast and just the loveliest staff. And set in expansive, picturesque grounds that could surely be turned into a golf course – much needed in these parts and bound to attract more guests. Overall, a great escape!

A qualidade do hotel é superior tendo em conta o valor/noite. Conforto , decoração maravilhosa, simpatia e profissionalismo de todos os funcionários. Área envolvente de natureza e muito tranquila. Bom isolamento nos quartos, raramente ouvi barulho de noite. Água do banho mantém-se uniforme. Cama confortável. Pequeno-almoço é soberbo. Piscina interior com temperatura ajustada. Apenas a apontar que podem melhorar a “sala das crianças” pois nota-se que não há investimento nessa parte , mas todo o hotel recebe bem as crianças e havia muitas.

O Hotel ****** Chaves está implantado num soberbo vale com vistas panorâmicas sobre a cidade de Chaves mesmo à saída da A24. A zona exterior envolvente devidamente cuidada, a magnitude e beleza do interior, as soberbas instalações, a excelência dos serviços a todos os níveis e o respectivo staff projetam o HCC para um patamar de 5*. Bom hotel com quartos espaçosos e limpos. Bom pequeno almoço, com variedade e opções saborosas, o staff é competente a gerir mesas e disponibilidade. Bom ginásio. Spa e piscinas exterior e interior de dimensões generosas. Muitas espreguiçadeiras disponíveis junto às piscinas. Como aspetos menos positivos saliento dois, em primeiro lugar o restaurante que também funciona como bar de apoio à piscina exterior, mas mal. A carta de snack só está disponível após solicitar ao funcionário. Não está acessível no diretório do hotel, nem se encontra nas mesas do terraço. O Serviço de snack termina sem aviso às 18H30 quando a piscina apenas fecha às 21H. Quem quiser comer e continuar a aproveitar a piscina até à hora de fecho não pode. Não se percebe como um hotel tão atrativo para famílias limita o serviço no único restaurante a buffet com pouca variedade e caro para o que oferece. 32.50€ por pessoa para adultos e maiores de 12 anos só faria sentido se continuasse a servir à carta e não com um buffet limitado. O segundo ponto negativo, são as muitas moscas que abundam junto à piscina exterior. São muitas, persistentes e estragam o descanso a qualquer pessoa, qualquer família. Só dentro da piscina é que não somos picados pelas moscas. Em todo o espaço apenas vimos duas velas de citronela acesas e colocadas em duas mesas do restaurante (!) Portanto, zero medidas corretivas para solucionar ou acalmar a intensidade. Não voltaremos a reservar férias de verão neste hotel, infelizmente.

Todo bien. Excelente atencion. Desayuno correcto. Camas comodas. Servicio de habitaciones bien. El Spa completo y comodo con ascensores exclusivos para el. Piscina grande .Unicamente al haber clases de natacion hay un poco de ruido pero nada excesivo.Recomendable la tarjeta de la cadena para descuentos.
