What a perfect experience! It's right next to the castle, and you can take pictures of the castle from the hotel. The sunset sunlight shining on the castle is so beautiful! There are also lake view rooms, with perfect views in the morning and sunset. Also, the swimming pools outside the lake are all hot spring spas! I will definitely stay here again in the future!

Das Zimmer gegen Strasse direkt unter einem Baum war lärmig und düster.
Das Badezimmer ist nicht 5 Sterne würdig, sehr klein
mit nur einem Lavabo und Badewanne! Sollte unbedingt eine Dusche haben. Auch ist das Bad sehr alt.
Das Hotel insgesamt ist gut und die allg. Räume schön.
Die Lage ist super.

ottimo come sempre : ci torniamo da anni , è un'isola di pace in un bellissimo paese un po assaltato dai turisti : in albergo si è a 10 metri dal castello ma soli . per immergersi nella folla per provare shopping e ristoranti bastano 2 passi . la cucina dell'albergo è ottima e rende pigri : se si sta cosi bene perche uscire ? alla prossima andro alle terme di catullo ...... forse ,,,,,,,

The grounds of the hotel were absolutely beautiful outside but that’s about only positive feedback I have. First off - the reception/ checking-in people were horrific and rude. Apparently I had booked two rooms which I had no idea I did and they charged me twice although only used one room. The staff by the pool was completely rude and poor service. For 5 stars you would hope they come by often to ask for new drinks ect. The smell in the hallways of hotel made me sick to my stomach - smelt like rotten eggs. Again that fact I was charged extra 1000 euros for a room I didn’t use was truly unacceptable and I will be arguing this with my credit card company.
