Very easy to get to and from the airport due to close proximity to the metro. I really liked this hotel and the staff were very friendly. The ONLY thing I would say, as a word of caution, is that my room was very noisy. I think the windows must be single glazed as I could hear the traffic from the road very loudly. I don’t think this can be helped as the building is very historic. Overall a great stay!

Very clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff, possibility to rent bikes, delicious breakfast in the cozy bar across the street. We enjoyed the whole stay. Thank you!

I checked into this hotel on July 22 (order **********), and because the air conditioner was broken, there was no fan, and there was no hot water for showering (it was almost 12:00 at night), I negotiated with the front desk to cancel one room and contact another hotel for me to stay the next night. Now they need to refund me one room fee and the taxi fare to the other hotel. Several days have passed and they haven't processed it yet, and I haven't received any information in my email. Is this right? Please choose this hotel carefully next time!

The bed is small and the subway station is a bit far away. The staff is very nice.

Stayed for a couple of nights on a business trip. In general, everything is good, quite comfortable for a short period, I was surprised by the layout of the room.

I had problems in the ground floor room. But they finally changed my room.
