Bed was very uncomfortable There were crumbs on the floor near the bed Bathtub was nasty, needs to be replaced

The hotel is clean and the bed is comfortable. Guest services were very personable and helpful. Maintenance came quickly because he happened to be in the building. We had trouble getting the key entry card to work and we also had trouble with the toilet. Both were resolved but it was a nuisance. The breakfast was quite skimpy in offerings. There was scrambled eggs, toast and cold cereal and I think there was a make your own waffle machine. There was no yogurt, fruit or pastries. It's an ok place to stay but nothing special.

Our room could have been cleaner as I noticed some crunched up paper towel under the hvac system, a plastic lid behind the bed, hair on the wall of the shower and a spider of some sort crawling in the bathroom.

I frequently stay at the Niobrara and it is always very pleasant, clean, quiet and the staff are very professional and polite. There is coffee available in the lobby round the clock but no coffee maker in the room, just so you are aware. Would certainly recommend this hotel,

The lady at the front desk was super helpful on where to eat in town.
The downside of my stay here was the hotel is located near the only highway that runs thru town & the heavy truck traffic with Jake Brakes going all night makes for some sleeplessness. Not the hotels fault but be a wear of this.

The lobby and dining area were very dirty. They put us in a room with documented maintenance issues. There was no hot water in the shower which we didn’t find out until morning. There was no coffee or bread or fresh fruit available for breakfast.

Very thin walls. Could hear conversations word-for word. Marshmallow mattress sloped to the center.

We had a very nice stay. The hotel is a bit rough on the edges with some upgrades needed. But I think that they're aware of that and plan to take care of those things

Not clean! Door was already open with safety latch turned out! One of the queens looked like someone had already slept there and wrinkled and dirty, other queen was broken and mattress sunk in the middle. Overall cleanliness not very good, worn and tired! So sad because this use to be the nicest place in Valentine!
