Front lobby clean and accessible well maintained property . Would like to have seen taller toilet and larger television . For a mom and pop motel some chain operations could take lessons .

The minute I opened the room door I knew!!! The smell was amazing!! Clean, fresh and inviting. Room has coffee pot, microwave and fridge. Beds were comfortable. What more could you need! Was cleaner and smelled better than our previous night at the holiday Inn! Will Definitely stay here again! Front desk staff was friendly and personable!

Located off US Highway 20 on the east end of Valentine in Nebraska's Sandhills and near the Niobrara National Scenic Riverway. Clean and comfortable rooms at a very affordable rate. It's a *motel* not a hotel (and they're very clear about that). It's the type where your motel room door opens up to the outside. So, if you stay here in the winter months be prepared to have anyone you're sharing a room with scream at you every time you open the door and let the cold air blow in. lol If I had any complaints it was that the TV was perhaps a tad small for where it was mounted in relation to the bed (a bit too far away for a screen that size). Oh, and housekeeping just walked into one of our rooms without a courtesy knock (yes, yes, we should have had the deadbolt locked and the DND sign up). Employees were friendly. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to others.

It was a nice, comfortable motel on the edge of town. Nothing fancy, but definitely not lacking in quality either. Very friendly staff.

We were pulling a trailer with a lot of stuff not covered and felt very secure as we were able to park it right outside our room and the desk clerk assured us there were security cameras out there.
