Ojo!!!

A fantastic nice surprise in the middle of nowhere to disconnect from the interconnected world! The hosts were fantastic and very friendly. They're both journalists who have travelled all over the world and we were very luckily to get to talk about common places my partner and I had lived or traveled to. Javier is a super chef with many stories to entertain and recommendations of what to do in the region and where to eat beyond Castilla if you're a foodie! The place is very dark and some may consider it kitsch and/or different, but the positive vibes of the hosts make it an unique experience! Highly recommendable if you want to disconnect! go to a rural bar in "El Pueblo" where everybody knows everybody except you! but everybody is friendly and one enjoys oneself and nobody is hassling you because you're a foreigner!

Excellent service! Very nice experience... Warm, comfortable place and very quiet. Ideal for resting. Javier, its owner, cooked us excellent typical local dishes. At the same time, he recommended places to visit and spend the day. Super recommended.

I was deceived and scammed by this unpresentable person. I get 180 euros without attending his rural house. My fault for trusting me. They were all excuses for universal floods, power outages, blocked roads, etc. A real shame

The deplorable quality-price ratio. It is a well-kept house but cleanliness is conspicuous by its absence. The owners, a couple of journalists who earn extra as amateur hostesses, are very nice as long as you don't complain about anything, because if something unforeseen happens they don't know how to give a solution and everything is a problem when it comes to compensating for the previously paid services and not lent. On the last day of our stay there was a problem with the electricity. Far from providing candles, a flashlight or something to illuminate the room, they told us that there was a supermarket where we could go buy candles to illuminate the room until the power supply was restored. was restored (which would take several hours). Since there was no electricity or light in the dining room, they told us that there was a bar in the town square where we could have dinner (of course at our own expense, even though we had the gourmet dinner included). The most they offered was, as a super favor, a sandwich. The next morning when we were going to leave the accommodation we requested in very good faith the amount corresponding to the dinner not enjoyed, after arguing at length, they agreed to return a small part because we had paid for the dinner through ********** and they They were going to lose money (I've been waiting for them to make the payment for 4 months). Of course, they made us sign a claim form that they would use to collect the supposedly reimbursed amounts from the insurance.

The exquisite treatment, comfortable room, homemade food. I took advantage of the morning to visit the Roman ruins of Valeria, which are very close to the accommodation, and take a route along the Gritos river gorge and surrounding areas, which is beautiful and recommended for people who like the nature.

The house is beautiful and with all the comforts. Being there is like being transported back in time, you can enjoy the past with the comforts of the present. An experience to repeat and recommend. Malu and Javier are charming, close and willing to help at all times. We will repeat. Thank you very much!!!
