The hotel is big, comfy and well equipped. There are adequate signs in the wellness area so you won’t get lost. One thing I was not satisfied with is that the receptionist said the massage chairs were “included” in the access but in the end we had to pay for the usage. It was not communicated clearly that it is an additional purchase.

Wij waren aangenaam verrast. Een superfijn weekend gehad en genoten van de baden, sauna's, stoombaden en lekker eten. Alles zag er netjes verzorgd uit. Heel schoon allemaal. Vriendelijke mensen . De hotelkamer was echt heel erg mooi en groot. Heerlijk in je badjas ontbijten. Echt relaxed. Ontbijt was overigens uitgebreid en lekker. Her systeem met de polsbandjes is fijn. Je hoeft in de restaurants niet op je rekening te wachten en dus snel weer het het water in.

Already for years we regularly visit Thermae 2000. They have 2 special pouring session, Banja and Steam. All sauna masters have their own way, but Elvy is doing both in a very pleasant way. We prefer the traditional way of bringing the heat to your body instead of making it a show. Looking forward to our next visit. Greetje and André

The whole experience was very pleasant, from the check-in to the thermal baths and saunas to the room service and food. I have nothing to complain about and would like to stay here again when I visit the Netherlands again.

Loved our stay at the hotel and the wellness center. Stayed in a superior room, all the rooms are updated and it was really relaxed staying there. The coffee cups (incl. a decaf. option, thank you) were refilled every day. It’s a little expensive, but where do you find a hotel room with access to lots of sauna’s, a steam bath, a big swimming pool, a loinge area and really friendly staff. We certainly enjoyed our stay.
