It has all the conditions of an excellent hotel. It is a pity that I cannot see the most beautiful scenery due to the season. I will choose this place again if I have the chance. It is highly recommended.

Ons verblijf op het chateau was een geweldige belevenis. Heel relaxt. De beeldentuin heeft daar zeker aan bijgedragen.
Het enige wat minder goed was, zijn de badschoentjes/slofjes voor bij het zwembad. De vloer is spekglad en de kans dat je uitglijdt is super groot. Antislip zooltjes zou de boel oplossen.

Het was weer geweldig bij jullie, prachtige veroverde kamer na de upgrade. Het diner was heerlijk, jammer dat de witte wijn die we wilden drinken, Pouilly Fumé op was. Als alternatief werd een Bourgogne Chardonney aangeboden die echter heel anders was. We hebben toen zelf gekozen voor een Riesling uit Ribeauvillé. Personeel is erg behulpzaam.

We zijn in de afgelopen 15 jaar er een keer of 8 geweest. Het blijft iedere keer bijzonder. We vinden wel dat de kamers een beetje gedateerd raken. Maar ik las dat deze komende tijd gerenoveerd worden. Dat is wel nodig. Het restaurant Les Salon is wel al van nieuw mooi meubilair voorzien. Het eten is nog niet op sterren niveau en de bediening ook niet. Wel heel aardig maar de kennis ontbreekt!

Schitterende locatie met een uitstekende staf die je echt welkom heet. Hier kom je tot rust, kun je volop genieten van de natuur en al wandelend of fietsend kennis maken met de de historie en pracht van het Limburgse landschap. Ruime kamers die uitstekend zijn onderhouden, kortom zeer hoge kwaliteit.

De locatie, de kamers, het ontbijt en het eten voldoen ruim aan de verwachting. Ontvangst en vertrek zijn daarentegen teleurstellend. Je merkt (zeker ten opzichte van eerdere verblijven) dat het junior personeel onvoldoende is opgeleid en dat er ook onvoldoende supervisie is. Als gast moet je na ontvangst zelf uitzoeken waar het ontbijt geserveerd wordt, vanaf hoe laat en waar we de kamers moeten vinden. Bij vertrek staan er aantoonbare fouten op de rekening. Maar niemand kan aangeven wat dan de goede factuur moet zijn. Je gaat dan toch weg (na verder een prima verblijf) met een bittere nasmaak die blijft hangen. Samenvattend zijn wij tevreden maar het lijkt alsof de scherpte er een beetje vanaf gaat bij het Château.

Wonderful place to stay! The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, always giving us a warm welcome every time we came back into the hotel. The room was spacious and well equipped. It's definitely worth having a meal at the restaurant.The flavours are amazing! We look forward to our next visit! Congratuations!
