Terrible !!! Mi reserve dice cama mas sofa cama, y nada largas y largas en recepción para dejarnos a 3 personas en una sola cama... Las tarjetas de la habitación se bloqueaban !!!

Solo estuvimos una noche, pero el hotel estaba muy limpio la habitación amplia y fácil para aparcar en la puerta del hotel. Seguro que repetiremos.

Habitación grande mal diseñada. Cama a 50 cm. de la entrada al baño cuando hay espacio para centrarla en la habitacion. No tiene ni armario ni cajones, dispone de una simple barra pequeña al aire entre un tablero de madera y la pared, de dificil acceso por las cajoneras inferiores.

El personal del restaurante no parece estar centrados en su trabajo. Hablan entre ellos en exceso, no limpian las mesas, tardan en atender,... Durante el mes de marzo había otras personas más atentas y predispuesta en todo momento. Siento decir que es la cuarta vez que voy al hotel de Valladolid, la atención y la limpieza están empeorando sensiblemente.
