It seems to me to be an exceptional place to travel with your partner or friends, it has a kitchen to spend an evening or have breakfast and it is close to the center, close to the University.
There are many bars and restaurants around and monuments.
The service is very nice.

Mi experiencia ha sido un poco diversa. Para empezar hay que decir que la localización es muy buena, en el centro de Valladolid, pero la accesibilidad (como en otros lugares del centro) es complicada si vas en coche porque no tiene zona donde detenerse para descargar. Imprescindible si vas en coche reservar garage (cosa que hice). La entrada al garage no es muy intuitiva. Dí un par de vueltas a la manzana y pude parar en una zona por detrás de carga y descarga, donde precisamente estaba la entrada. La habitación que me asignaron era espaciosa, limpia, bien amueblada. Un par de peros: En el baño no hay artículos de aseo salvo jabón y gel. Me hubiera gustado que la tv estuviera enfrente de la cama (manías) y la cobertura wifi en la zona de la cama era bastante pobre. Por lo demás, la habitación era muy cómoda, el baño estaba muy bien.... MUY flojo el desayuno. Pocas cosas para comer, ninguna cosa caliente (es una cosa que tendrían que valorar). El personal y la atención MUY BUENA. Personal amable en todo momento. Como cosa positiva al final, me permitieron dejar el coche en el parking después de hacer el check out hasta unas horas después, lo cual me fue muy útil porque tenía que estar unas horas por Valladolid.

El hotel está en un sitio inmejorable cerca de todo lo interesante de Valladolid. Los empleados muy amables y las habitaciones correctas. Sin lugar a dudas muy aconsejable para pernoctar en Valladolid. Solo un pero, el desayuno bastante reducido. Tienes muy pocas opciones. Sin lugar a dudas este servicio lo eliminaría del hotel.

Muy descontento con la atención. Mi pareja se equivocó de fecha (solo era un día) al reservar y llamó después de haber pagado para cambiar el día, era para el siguiente día, no para anular sino cambiar y asumiendo el incremento si lo hubiera habido. Y de muy malas maneras le dijeron que no era problema suyo y que no lo podía cambiar, por lo tanto hemos perdido mi regalo de cumpleaños y el dinero y sin ninguna opción ni intención de ayudar. Desde luego no volveremos a plantearnos ir a este hotel y no lo recomendaremos.

Reserve directamente con el hotel, sin informarme de las condiciones de la reserva, a los 30 mts ya tenia el cargo en la tarjeta. Como no pude hacer el viaje a la ciudad, avisé el día previo a la fecha de entrada para informar al hotel e intentar cambiar la fecha de entrada o devolución de un parte del cargo, ni lo uno ni lo otro. No me parece una política comercial correcta de trato al cliente.
