Hotel muy bien situado. Cordiales en la recepción. El servicio de desayuno estupendo

乾淨整潔，地理位置極佳，旁邊就是大公園，各種餐廳，工作人員很熱情，總之非常滿意！

El hotel muy bien ubicado cerca del centro. Aunque el hotel me pareció de 3 estrellas no de 4.

The room was very small & outdated. The mattress cheap & nasty. It is supposed to be 4 star but the facilities were non existent, not even tea or coffee making facilities. There was lamp sticking out of the headboard which is a daft place to put it. The restaurant was closed but could eat mediocre food in the cafe/bar. Breakfast was a limited choice & the supposed hot food was cold. For the cost of the room, & paying for the privilege to park we rate it 1 star.

A relatively nice hotel, 15 mins walk from downtown. Staff were particularly unhelpful. They looked and behaved ‘tourist saturated’. We had no particular issue or demands. It just felt as if they wished customers were not there. This is a shame as with a better attitude it could be a pleasant stay.

Rude staff. Nothing else to say, but that is enough to me. I will not recommend it. There is plenty of places where you can stay with a much nicer service in Valladolid. Next time I will check on the comenta first dice I am not the first person complaining about it.

Cheap, clean, slightly old-fashioned hotel that needs renovation. Best of all: it is practically in the entire center of Valladolid and is perfect to stay after a trip by AVE and subsequent sightseeing around the city. It was recently acquired by the Barceló chain and will surely be renovated. We went with somewhat low expectations due to the opinions in the reviews but we were pleasantly surprised, since the service was good and the rooms were quite good and, above all, clean. What stands out most about them is the comfort of the beds and that they have USB ports to charge mobile phones. The rest of the things are old, such as the abundance of wood that is not currently used, as well as the bathtub in the bathroom, among others. I recommend it.

Let's see, I haven't spent the night at the hotel. If I frequent it regularly, the cafeteria, wonderfully attended by its staff. Here I want to present the experience I had a few days ago. I went to reception as I have done on other occasions, since I have stayed at the hotel several times for personal reasons. But what we are going to do was go to reserve a room for a personal one and my surprise is that they tell me no, you cannot reserve a room there, you have to do it through a travel agency or online. When I got home I tried to reserve it and I couldn't, since it was a gift that I wanted to give to someone and the system did not allow me to enter different information about the person who was going to occupy the room and the person who was paying. Well, I called the Barceló offices to explain to them what I wanted to do, and a lady. Quite rude, she tells me that it can't be, that the name of the person who occupies the room has to match the name of the person paying. I try to explain to her that it is a gift that I want to give and she tells me: I haven't been clear about it. my explanation?? Do I have to repeat it again? So I thanked them for their kindness and hung up. It's a shame, this hotel was recently taken over by the Barceló chain, it is a long-established hotel in Valladolid and they have always had exquisite treatment with customers and in two days that they have this chain, the changes are not at all encouraging. And if the policy of the Barceló Company here is to treat people like this, it won't occur to me to send anyone to that hotel and we are very travelers but from now on we will try to avoid the Barceló chain wherever we go

I think that booking through booking means that they give you rooms that are not the best, since the reservation was made more than two months ago. The room was on the third floor, to get there you had to take an elevator to the second floor, walk a long hallway and take another elevator. It took us half an hour to check in, for a double room. They made us pay for it at the entrance and upon arrival To the room, the trash can was with food remains, it had not been cleaned. For a 4* hotel, it leaves a lot to be desired. The room had a corrugated floor. Bathtub instead of shower tray. The shower was horrible, the tube was yellowish, and it had a dispenser that was good for everything, soap, shampoo and conditioner, and when you squeezed it nothing came out. In short, I would not repeat. Thank you.

Quiet hotel, very well located with friendly and professional staff. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Let's hope that the new chain continues with this good service. Of course, at the moment prices have already increased. It must also be said, they have incorporated some services.

Typical city hotel, functional. It took a long time to get in. I had four people in front of me (they came together) and I was waiting for more than twenty minutes. They apologized. Ample parking, necessary if you go by car since it is all blue zone. It is about 7 or 8 minutes walk from the main square. The cafeteria also receives customers who are not staying at the hotel, so it is lively, which I personally like. Correct breakfast, although since the cafeteria opens at 8:00 I would not hire it. Could use an update, furniture a little dated. The gym machines, however, are very well preserved. For work it is a perfect hotel, but for vacation it may lack a little charm.

El edificio está ubicado entre el centro y las estaciones del tren y de autobuses. El edificio tiene seis plantas con muchas habitaciones. El personal de recepción es amable y eficaz. Tiene al menos dos ascensores, pero para ir a la tercera se deben usar los dos que, por cierto, no están juntos. Un absurdo poco práctico. Los pasillos tienen iluminación poco uniforme y la identificación de las habitaciones estaba bien. La habitación para uso individual tenía unos 14 m2 o sea era pequeña y tenía una distribución poco práctica. De hecho, la puerta de entrada casi daba en la cama. La cama de 1.50m era cómoda y las almohadas eran correctas. La insonorización no era muy buena, se oía el ruido del exterior y del pasillo. Ade3, había un chirrido intermitente de algún sistema ventilación o refrigeración del otro lado del baño. La iluminación era correcta y se podía dejar completamente a oscuras. El mobiliario estaba en buen estado. Menos el minibas que tenía descolgada la puerta La TV era de unas 40", y se veía muy bien. Había muchos canales locales y nacionales de la TDT española. El aire acondicionado se podía regular de manera algo pedestre. El baño no era amplio y cómoda de usar. La iluminación del baño era correcta. La grifería de la bañera era incómodo además se regulaba malamente la temperatura del agua. Las toallas estaban bien. El desayuno no era muy correcto para esta categoría, además de la falta de mesas y personal para recogerlas y reponer comida. La Wifi funcionaba bien . En resumen, una opción regular en el centro de la ciudad, con algunos problemas.

Estuvimos solo una noche, pero es totalmente recomendable el Hotel, por su ubicación, sus instalaciones, su desayuno estupendo, pero por sobretodo, por la atención de su personal, especialmente Juliet, encantadora y muy profesional.
