A beautiful building that has not seen a penny inside the rooms. The carpet is damaged, with holes, the mattresses are the worst i have had , old and very cheap. The first bed we were offered, was a size double, not queen, not king as it was promised with the upgrade

Sobrevalorado, como mucho tres estrellas, habitación standar, cuarta planta, con moqueta y sucia, enchufes pared correspondiente a mesilla de noche en tan solo una, aire acondicionado estropeado, temperatura exterior unos 20 grados y con la calefacción a tope,en fi.. experiencia desagradable para no volver

Respecto del hotel bien, aunque ya empieza a pedir mantenimiento o actualizaciones.
Lo que no tiene perdón es el internet, no es posible que funcione tan mal considerando el tipo de hotel que es, no soporta una videoconferencia, muy lento, se desconecta continuamente, no es justificable.
Trabajo en hotelería y hay una regla básica, nadie se va de un hotel por el mármol del baño, pero sí se van si no funciona bien el wifi o el aire acondicionado...

Hotel bello e comodissimo per la sua posizione, ideale per la vicina stazione e per il centro pedonale. Le camere sarebbero un po' da ristrutturare ma comunque sono ampie e comode. Buona colazione, personale molto gentile!! Un quattro stelle anni 90.... 😀

Debió tener una mejor época. Las habitaciones están en un deficiente estado de conservación, con visillos rotos, moqueta de habitación sucia y excesivamente desgastada, humedades en techos de baño etc Las camas sin vestir correctamente y no cómodas La habitación tiene TV de 32 pulgadas y como cortesía un calentador de agua para café soluble o infusiones con vasos de cartón Minibar que no funciona con 2 botellas de plástico en su interior El personal es muy amable

Hotel clásico de 4 estrellas muy bien ubicado, la mejor calle de Valladolid ,enfrente del Campo Grande y muy cerca del centro y de la estación de tren. Personal muy amable y profesional. Habitaciones amplias y decoración clásica. Bien insonorizado. Cama muy cómoda y grande.Baño amplio y completo.Tanto habitación como baño muy limpios. Como pega pondría que la moqueta en pasillos y habitaciones habría que renovarlas. El desayuno muy completo con productos de calidad. Café Nespresso muy bueno. Platos calientes al instante incluidos en el precio(tortillas, huevos, salchichas, etc…Zumo de naranja natural. Precio razonable.
