Ubicación excelente, bonitas zonas comunes pero pasillos y habitaciones más impersonales (y no bien distribuidas), pequeños desperfectos no muy graves por sí mismos pero que acumulados pueden hacerse molestos. No es mal hotel, pero las espléndidas instalaciones vistas desde fuera hacían suponer algo más. Yo diría que es un 3 estrellas en vez de 4 estrellas.

En el día de ayer entré con mi marido a tomar café en la cafetería de este hotel. Habíamos estado en otras ocasiones y los precios eran razonables. Cual fue nuestra sorpresa cuando ayer al pagar nos cobran 4€ por cada café!!!! 2 cafés descafeinados con leche por 8€!!! Por su puesto para no volver. Pero sobre todo para avisar a aquellos que estén dando un paseo y piensen en entrar a tomar un café en este establecimiento. Una ESTAFA en toda regla. No estuvimos rápidos para reaccionar pero deberíamos haber pedido la lista de precios. Espero al menos con este comentario poder evitar que le pase a alguien más.

Hotel muy bien situado en el centro de Valladolid, al lado de la Catedral, puedes ir caminando a todos los lugares de interes del centro histórico y a la zona de tapas. Habitaciones limpias y cómodas. El personal de recepción nos aconsejó muy bien sobre los lugares a donde ir y donde comer. Hasta nos encontraron mesa para cenar 14 personas un sábado noche, cuando estaban todos los restaurantes abarrotados. Un sitio ideal para aloj**** en el centro de Valladolid

Nice quiet hotel and ideal for some site seeing around Valladolid. The lady at check in was extremely helpful especially by suggesting places to see and when restaurants would be open for the evening. Rooms were spacious and as a family of three it was handy having the main bedroom on a separate level to the sofa bed.
