comunicamos que el lavabo estaba atascado y no se podía utilizar y no hicieron nada por arreglarlo o bien ubicarnos en otra habitación, hemos realizado una queja por escrito en el hotel. Gracias

Fuera del centro pero muy bien y prontamente conectado con él y la salida a la vez. Muy buena atención y con aparcamiento urbano cerca, aparte del del hotel.

Bom hotel com estacionamento fácil e gratuito mesmo ao lado. Fica a uns 25 minutos a pé da Plaza Mayor, por isso o melhor é ir de carro e usar o excelente parque subterrâneo que existe nessa praça.

酒店週末居民區，什麼也沒有，沒有餐廳，超市， 去任何地方需要開車。

No tienen mantenimiento durante el fin de semana. El lavabo estaba atascado, rebosaba el agua y no pudimos usarlo durante la estancia. ( Para lavarnos los dientes o la cara usamos el bidé) Lo comunicamos en recepción pero no intentaron solucionarlo, no nos ofrecieron otra habitación pese a tener disponibilidad. Pudimos una queja por escrito, pero aún estamos esperando una explicación o disculpa.

Imposible que nos cogieran el teléfono para avisar de la llegada, desayuno y parking extra caro. Al llegar a la habitación, el baño no estaba bien limpio y tuvimos que reclamar.
