Solo puedo decir, WOW… Me encantó, era todo lo que buscaba & necesitaba, definitivamente volveré. El lugar es increíble, las habitaciones en perfectas condiciones, la comida deli, las albercas, los masajes, la naturaleza, de verdad lo recomiendo al mil, sin duda un hospedaje obligatorio en Valladolid.

Nos hospedamos en este maravilloso lugar hace un par de días por mi cumple años y quiero agradecer a todo el Staff por el increíble trato, desde la llegada con unas mezcalinas deliciosas, el servicio en todo momento desde recepción hasta la limpieza en la habitación, muchas gracias Monse quien nos recibió la primera noche en el restaurante Calabazo, Yael y Josué también, la cocina es impresionante todo estaba delicioso, bajamos al sauna está súper padre, Mil gracias por hacer de mi cumple años algo maravilloso, prometo volver jajaja

Está increíble! La comida deliciosa, las albercas padrísimas, el spa precioso y los masajes súper recomendables. La atención del personal también muy bien. Los cuartos son amplios y el diseño y decoración de buen gusto, parecidos a los de Nizuc Cancun. Quisiera regresar, vale la pena!

Excelente servicio instalaciones limpias y gran contacto con la naturaleza regresaremos. La comida deliciosa. Cama cómoda. Desayuno incluido. Atención excelente. Excellent hôtel c’était vraiment une superbe expérience. Nous reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir… l’accueil à la réception est parfait. L’ambiance est top, le personnel à l’écoute. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et très agréables.
