Desde que llegamos el trato del personal fue excepcional, nos ayudaron a planear nuestro día y recomendarnos lugares para visitar. Los desayunos son deliciosos, los cuartos espaciosos y el ambiente tranquilo. El último día tuvimos que salir muy temprano y nos hicieron un lunch para llevar, quede encantada con este hotel.

L'accoglienza di Annita è stata la prima cosa positiva del posto, sorridente e premurosa, ci ha spiegato tante cose. Ho apprezzato molto la tranquillità del piccolo hotel, ci sono solo 6 camere e questo rende il tutto più speciale. La camera era spaziosa, silenziosa. Il bagno anche lui molto spazioso con una grande doccia fornita di shampoo balsamo e bagnoschiuma. Bellissimo il giardino esterno con le due piscine. Situato a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro. Buona anche la colazione, curata e con ottimi ingredienti, tutto in una pace lontano dal caos della città.

El lugar es fantástico, buscamos un lugar de último minuto para pasar un fin de semana relajante y sin duda este superó nuestras expectativas, nos encantó el lugar desde la habitación súper espaciosa, el baño, la alberca y el jacuzzi, está a unos minutos caminando del centro y especialmente el personal es muy muy amable, Janet es muy atenta y en nuestro check in fue muy linda en enseñarnos varios lugares que podrían interesarnos del área y dar información súper valiosa , sin duda vamos a regresar en una segunda ocasión!

We were not expecting the neighborhood to look as it did .... Not realy inviting. But once inside the place is very nice. Only breakfast service, no bar or restaurant. A supermarket at 100m where you can buy all you need for a drink at the pool or on the terrace. Wifi was down during our stay. A pitty. Very friendly staff!

This is a lovely little 6, soon to to be 8, room boutique hotel with a pool and large jacuzzi tub, very large king size suites. The concierge, housekeeping, and breakfast service is absolutely fantastic (esp. Janet and Javier). They gave us great suggestions on where to go and when and saved us a lot of hassle, steered us away from tourist traps, and informed us about amazing local offerings. Very reasonably priced especially for what you get at Mayan Majesty. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Deutsch: Wir waren Ende September 2022 für 3 Nächte im Mayan Majesty Boutique Hotel. Ganz klar 5 Sterne-Bewertung! Die gesamte Anlage ist mit 6 Zimmern "klein aber fein". Es stehen 2 Pools und genügend Liege-/Sitzmöglichkeiten zur Verfügung. Die Zimmer sind echt groß, bequem und gemütlich eingerichtet. Zum Frühstück stehen jeweils 4 täglich wechselnde verschiede Gerichte zur Auswahl, welche man am Vortag an der Rezeption angibt. Alle Gerichte waren sehr lecker. Das Hotel ist ziemlich neu, die Mitarbeiter waren alle freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der "Haupt-Rezeptionist" (wahrscheinlich war dies auch der Inhaber, da sind wir uns nicht ganz sicher) hatte für uns einige Tipps für die Gegend und konnte uns jeden Tag etwas über Yucatan und die Maya-Kultur beibringen. Vor dem Hotel stehen kostenfreie, kameraüberwachte Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Zum Zentrum Valladolids sind es ca. 10 Min. zu Fuß - wir fühlten uns immer sicher, einziger kleiner Negativpunkt an der Stadt: es ist für Fußgänger an manchen Stellen schwierig (schmale/keine Fußwege) und nicht jede Ecke ist gepflegt. Das hat aber natürlich beides nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun. Wir würden immer wieder Gast hier werden. Vielen Dank an das Team des Mayan-Majesty und alles Gute für die Zukunft! English: We stayed at Mayan Majesty Boutique Hotel for 3 nights at the end of September 2022. Clearly 5 star rating! The entire complex is "small but nice" with 6 rooms. There are 2 pools and many of lounging/seating options available. The rooms are really big, comfortable and cozy. For breakfast there are (every day changing) 4 different dishes to choose from, which you specify the day before at the reception. All dishes were very tasty. The hotel is pretty new, the staff were all friendly and accommodating. The main-receptionist (this was probably the owner as well, we are not quite sure) had some tips for us about the area and was able to teach us something about Yucatan and Mayan culture each day. Free, camera-monitored parking is available in front of the hotel. The center of Valladolid is about a 10 min walk - we always felt safe, only small negative point about the town: it is difficult for pedestrians in some places (narrow/no sidewalks) and not every corner is well kept. But of course neither of that has anything to do with the hotel. We would become guests here again and again. Many thanks to the team of the Mayan-Majesty and all the best for the future!

The hotel has a mold problem that caused me health problems immediately after I entered the room: severe allergies and difficulty breathing. I quickly went to reception and informed the receptionist of the problem, but she dismissed my complaint and did nothing. The next morning, after spending a night without being able to sleep or breathe, I reported my problem to the hotel once again. They told me there was nothing they could do, so they forced me to leave the hotel early. After first saying that they would refund me for the night, then they tried to refund only 50% of the night, which was unacceptable as I was forced to leave the hotel due to health issues. The manager, Marco, told me that they would not refund my money, and then he proceeded to act in a discriminatory way: he told me that they never had problems with their European guests, but only with the Mexican ones. He told me that this is why they preferred to rent only to foreigners and not to Mexicans, acting as if Mexicans were somehow below people from other countries. This was very offensive for someone who is married to a Mexican citizen and has lived in this beautiful country for four years. Finally, it is completely untrue that this hotel is 5 stars. In reality, it should be one or two stars. The toilet would not flush, the shower handle fell off onto my foot, and the entire hotel was in a general state of disrepair. It's embarrassing that people could come to this amazing country and think that such a low quality hotel could be rated 5 stars. This was probably the worst and lowest quality hotel I've stayed in, in my four years in Mexico. My wife and I had headaches and respiratory for two to three days after we left the hotel. If you value quality and your health, and stand against racism and discrimination, please don't stay at this hotel.

A charming hotel with only 5 rooms, all accessible via a terrace that overlooks a beautiful garden and too small pools. Rocking chairs and hammocks outside. A cute breakfast and bar outdoors area. There are only 3 breakfast options but the portions are very generous and the food fresh and delicious. Probably the best fruits and cake I've had in our whole stay in Mexico. The room is basic but large and comfortable, with a huge bed, a sofa, storage for clothes, chairs and a table. The bathroom is big with a good shower. The AC works well. We were treated very well by all staff as well as the manager Marco. A special thank you to Stacey and Javier who made sure we had the best recommendations for cenotes, restaurants and other things. It made a huge difference being helped by locals.

The hotel is nice and clean. All rooms are next to each other with a single big terrace. The room was big and nice with working AC, the bathroom overly big with a shower with good water pressure. Breakfast was limited but the food excellent and the staff very attentive and nice. Checkin was efficient and Javier made great recommendations for restaurants. The hotel is within walking distance from city center and offers free parking which was very convenient. Many thanks to Javier and staff for a nice one night stay. The terrace doesn't allow for much privacy. Second pool was closed due to renovations - would have been the perfect place to chill. There's no bar and no fridge in the room, but at least there's a supermarket about 100 m away - we were allowed to store a few beers in the hotel's fridge since the room didn't have a fridge.
