Hotel que se encuentra en una ubicación perfecta, cerca de la plaza central del pueblo, con parking propio.
Habitación amplia y cómoda con aire acondicionado, pero le falta reforma en la pintura de la habitación.
Consta de un excelente restaurante para cenar y gran desayuno incluido en el precio.
Quizás lo que menos me gustó fué el personal de recepción, que aunque es agradable... no informan de todas las posibilidades de ocio del pueblo.
Ya que cuentan con un gran cenote a unas calles, que ni me mencionaron, cuando pregunté.

We had booked the hotel to get to know the city and go to visit Chichén Itzá it happens that for a reason of force majeure we had to postpone our trip by 01 day, we asked TRIP to contact the hotel and change our reservation what had been denied, in our understanding the hotel preferred to keep the reservation value, rather than change our date, because that way it would have its profit without any expense, it turns out that we had booked a Resort in Cancún, the Live Aqua Viva Resort that different from this hotel understood our problem and made the change of date without the slightest difficulty, with that, in addition to showing interest in the customer, we had wonderful moments in a hotel in which every moment we saw the whim and care with the guest never seen before. For all that, I don't recommend it and if I were TRIP I would take this hotel as its partner.

The hotel is in a very good location. The price is also very cheap. The staff are all friendly and there is also a small swimming pool. The restaurant is great for the price. But the bedding smelled of sweat.

Si bien las habitaciones no son extremadamente grandes, son confortables y se puede descansar cómodamente. Incluyen un desayuno donde puedes escoger algunas alternativas, todas muy buenas. After reading some reviews before our visit I was a bit nervous about our stay. Thankfully we had a great stay at the hotel and were impressed with our rooms and the staff. I wanted a clean, central and authentic hotel and that’s what we got. Our room was spacious enough for a family of 4 for 2 nights. We were fortunate to face the pool which was nice. The breakfast was lovely and all the staff friendly and pleasant (our girls enjoyed the waffles and we enjoyed the Mexican options). All staff very friendly and a member of the reception team even called our pre booked transfer to confirm in Spanish on our behalf. The hot water was hit and miss but didn’t put us off! The hotel was a great location on the main square a short walk (10mins) to a cenote. We had not expected much from Valladolid as we mainly stopped to break up our long journey but we were so pleased we did as it was a lovely place to explore.

Overall this hotel is a fabulous place. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is right in the center of town. The dining and food was good. Rooftop dining is great. The room is a bit small and a bit dark but beds are comfortable and shower is great.

Todo muy bien, comida de primera; la ubicación es estupenda, lo que si el cuarto con problemas en el aire acondicionado muy ruidoso y sin poder regular el flujo de aire ya que el control es genérico, y el ventilador urge cambiarlo, rechina cada vuelta que da ya sea en alta o en baja velocidad.

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti durante un tour della *****ola dello Yucatán, in coppia. All’arrivo è subito chiaro che si tratta di un hotel molto frequentato e con molte camere. La parte storica è molto bella e affaccia sulla piazza principale. Il ristorante anche è molto bello, situato nell’antico patio. La camera è essenziale, dimensioni piccole: con due valige grandi si fatica un po’ ad aprire l’armadio. Il bagno è piccolo ed essenziale. C’è una piccola piscina non molto ben curata nella pulizia quotidiana e, data la gran quantità di ospiti quasi sempre affollata, anche da famiglie con bambini. Già dal primo giorno abbiamo riscontrato un problema di mancanza di acqua calda che abbiamo segnalato alla reception i quali ci hanno assicurato che lo avrebbero risolto. Nonostante abbiamo continuato a segnalare il problema non è mai stato risolto ed abbiamo dovuto lavarci solo con acqua fredda. La colazione è nella media, fatta nella sala ristorante gremita di turisti che devono partire tutti alla stessa ora per visitare le attrazioni nelle vicinanze. Non lo consiglio e non ci tornerei, non è assolutamente un hotel 5 stelle.
