Descuidado, no había agua caliente en la regadera, papel de baño como lija, las almohadas muy gordas e incomodas.
El personal muy buena atención.

Tout est bien même si un peu loin du zocalo. Seul le restaurant ne nous a pas impressionné. Nous n'avons presque pas manger notre repas. Le pire de tout le séjour.

We stayed for 3 nights 4 days. Rooms were amazing. We had the top floor facing the water park. Balcony was huge with warm pool on it. Kids loved the water park. Monkeys were an exciting addition to our trip. Food was great. Nightlife was dull. All on all we totally recommend this hotel.
