Chambre 202 Les plus : - Hotel Adult Only, Joli, Central, Lit 200cm, 2 piscines, bon petit-déjeuner Les moins : - Musique Lounge fatigante, Expresso au "petit déjeuner compris" à payer à prix d'or (mais c'est presque partout comme ça au Mexique), Chambre jolie mais très sombre, et des aboiements de chiens 24h/24, soit de quoi bien nous ennuyer, nous empêcher de dormir, nous demander si on ne changerait pas d'hôtel

This hotel charged my credit card twice. First I paid when checking in. Later I saw from my bank statement that the amount had been charged twice. The hotel denies doing this in spite of being presented with evidence in the form of my bank statement. I will have to complain to my bank and credit card provider to get my money back. Apart from that: as many have pointed out, this hotel is incredibly noisy, both with barking dogs next door and the noise from the bar, every sound from the bar was clearly audible in my room, it was as if I was sitting in the bar. The hotel claims to have two pools. One of these, the outdoor one with hammocks and plants, is actually not a pool you can swim in, as it is only 80 cm. deep, so only a paddling pool or ornamental pond. It is also set in the middle of the restaurant with dining people right next to it, and no room to relax after swimminmg, which makes it awkward to swim there. Maybe for this reason I never saw anyone use it. Apart from the noise, the rooms and terraces are nice. I can obviously not recommend this hotel, as they tried to steal money from me.

Struttura accogliente a Valladolid. Il personale gentilissimo e attento. Le stanze purtroppo al piano terra sono quelle peggiori perché hanno le finestre sui corridoi e poca aria. Ci siamo spostati nelle camere al piano superiore e cambiano tantissimo. Molto più curate con terrazzino (seppur chiuso tra le mura), arredate meglio e più spaziose. La colazione è servita e non a buffet, noi l’abbiamo trovata buona e variegata (dalle uova, alla frutta e anche dolci). Per la cena invece non lo consiglio, perché ha poca scelta e non abbiamo mangiato benissimo. Buoni i cocktail al bar, fidatevi dei barman sono bravissimi e potrete bere qualcosa di sfizioso accompagnato da piatti tipici volendo. Detto questo bisogna anche considerare la zona e il fatto che sono pochissimi hotel. In generale per massimo due giorni a Valladolid lo consiglierei. Personale per qualsiasi cosa o problematica si è sempre dimostrato all’altezza e dove possibile ci hanno accontentato. Anticipo che sono “severi” sul check in: prima delle 15.00 non consegnano le camere.

L’hôtel est très charmant, tout comme son personnel. Pleins de petits endroits où se mettre au calme, à l’ombre, au soleil. Très bonne restauration également, pour des prix toujours contenus, plus cher que les petits restaurants de ville mais la qualité et la présentation est là. Par contre, que c’est bruyant …… notre chambre donne sur le patio et on entend tout, notamment la meute de chien des voisins. Heureusement que le bruit s’arrête relativement tôt.

We stayed 2 nights in this lovely hotel as a convenient base for exploring Valladolid and other nearby attractions. The free nearby parking and the central location were key reasons for choosing this hotel. Our room was stylish and comfortable. The communal areas are very quiet and pretty. Breakfast was excellent and there is a nice bar and restaurant. The staff were friendly and attentive. Aranza was particularly helpful with advice on tourism and travel arrangements.

Mooi boutique hotel met aardig personeel. Goed restaurant en uitstekend ontbijt. Valladolid zelf ook gemoedelijk plaatsje. Leuk om doorheen te lopen. Prima plek voor tussenstop tijdens rondreis.zou hier zeker terugkomen. Vanuit hier ook prima Chichen Itze te bezoeken (net auto)
