It was impossible to sleep later than 7 am staying on the first floor because people had breakfast 5 feet away starting at that time and the staff were cleaning the outdoor dining area then too. The hotel should not provide the first floors rooms to any guest.
The property is very narrow and the home next door has a pack of dogs that barked starting at 5 am. I understand this is outside the hotel’s control, but they could do more to soundproof the room.
The closets were unusable because they were comically narrow. They didn’t provide a rod to hang things on because hangers wouldn’t fit.
The staff were friendly and I appreciate that.
I expected more based on the hotel’s nightly rate. Very disappointed.

Great hotel, very clean and welcoming. The only down side was that the house just beside the hotel has at least 10 dogs barking for hours... Sounded like they were in our room.
Beside that detail, we really enjoyed our stay and would go again.

It was a wonderful experience and a lot of relaxation! You can sleep very well and it is quiet in the hotel. The hotel has a mini bar in the room and it is refilled on request! If you have a car, you also get your own very large parking space. If you are very tired in the evening you can also go to the restaurant. This hotel is very good!😃

This hotel charged my credit card twice. First I paid when checking in. Later I saw from my bank statement that the amount had been charged twice. The hotel denies doing this in spite of being presented with evidence in the form of my bank statement. I will have to complain to my bank and credit card provider to get my money back. Apart from that: as many have pointed out, this hotel is incredibly noisy, both with barking dogs next door and the noise from the bar, every sound from the bar was clearly audible in my room, it was as if I was sitting in the bar. The hotel claims to have two pools. One of these, the outdoor one with hammocks and plants, is actually not a pool you can swim in, as it is only 80 cm. deep, so only a paddling pool or ornamental pond. It is also set in the middle of the restaurant with dining people right next to it, and no room to relax after swimminmg, which makes it awkward to swim there. Maybe for this reason I never saw anyone use it. Apart from the noise, the rooms and terraces are nice. I can obviously not recommend this hotel, as they tried to steal money from me.

Cozy property in Valladolid. The staff were very kind and attentive. Unfortunately, the rooms on the ground floor are the worst because they have windows onto the corridors and little air. We moved to the upstairs rooms and they change a lot. Much more refined with a small terrace (albeit closed within the walls), better furnished and more spacious. Breakfast is served and not buffet style, we found it good and varied (from eggs to fruit and even desserts). For dinner, however, I don't recommend it, because it has little choice and we didn't eat very well. The cocktails at the bar are good, trust the barmen they are very good and you can drink something tasty accompanied by typical dishes if you want. Having said that, we must also consider the area and the fact that there are very few hotels. In general for a maximum of two days in Valladolid I would recommend it. The staff has always proved to be up to the task for anything or any problem and where possible they have satisfied us. I would like to inform you that they are "strict" about check in: they don't deliver the rooms before 3pm.

The hotel is very charming, as are its staff. Lots of little places to relax, in the shade, in the sun. Very good catering as well, for prices always contained, more expensive than small city restaurants but the quality and presentation is there. On the other hand, it's noisy... our room overlooks the patio and we can hear everything, especially the neighbors' pack of dogs. Fortunately the noise stops relatively soon.
