La habitación está muy limpia y cómoda La decoración está acogedora y de muy buen espacio Tienen una terraza en planta alta y para desayuno y cenas está recomendable Está justo en el calle de los frailes y por la noche en planta alta está muy agradable

Très bel hôtel, dans la plus belle rue de Valladolid, un charme fou, une qualité des services irréprochable, la gentillesse et la compétence du personnel est au niveau de ce très bel établissement qui reste dans nos souvenirs. Un petit déjeuné raffiné et copieux, ce choix de Voyage Privé est une pépite dans notre voyage au Yucatan.

This is far and away the best place to stay when visiting Valladolid. It is located on the best street in the town (Friars Walk) and is close to number bars and restaurants and a short 7-8 minute walk to the center of town and also close to the ADO bus station. Rooms are large, clean with fridge, great shower, wifi, and a terrific, quiet air con. There is a lovely pool on the grounds and the front desk staff are very friendly and helpful with any questions. You are also a short walk from the collectivos to ChichenItza and Ek Balam.

A deux pas du centre, c'est une très bonne adresse. Le cadre et l'emplacement est superbe. Les chambres sont très cosy et bien décorées. Le petit déjeuner en rooftop très sympa. Le parking est pratique (tout petit, mais on avait une place, alors...) La piscine est vraiment mignonne, mais très petite... Un très bon endroit pour visiter Valladolid

Questo hotel è situato a metà strada tra le 2 piazze principali e vive di Valladolid. L’ingresso è piuttosto anonimo e si confonde con le case circostanti L’ingresso-reception è un corpo a sé stante rispetto al resto, gli appartamenti sono distribuiti in un giardino molto lussureggiante L’appartamento (anche se era una stanza) che mi è stata dato era molto grande, con un letto veramente gigantesco, televisore da 55 pollici con Sky, YouTube, … Il bagno (total white) era spazioso, pulito con doccia walk-in La colazione non è fornita dalla struttura ma da un bar a fianco (ti danno i voucher giornalieri) e là si consuma sulla terrazza sopra l’ingresso/reception … non c’è buffet ma un piccola selezione di proposte Il personale (solo ragazze) sia dell’albergo che del bar è molto gentile e disponibile a dare indicazioni per godere al meglio ciò che la città offre

Este hotel es encantador, muy bien ubicado con instalaciones bien cuidadas y habitaciones muy confortables. Mi esposo y yo vamos seguido a Valladolid de trabajo y siempre nos hospedamos aquí ya que la atención y comodidades son excelentes. Cuenta con piscina, una cafeteria anexa con terraza arriba muy coqueta, boutique y bajo petición y pago te dan desayuno; las chicas de recepción están siempre dispuestas a brindar un buen servicio. Tiene un parking con entrada directa al hotel y las amenidades de los cuartos son de calidad. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. Su ubicación permite caminar en la calzada llena de tiendas, restaurantes y llegar al Monasterio de Sisal para ver el videomapping y a eventos que se organizan los fines de semana.

Trabajadoras muy simpáticas y atentas. El hotel es precioso y sin ser muy ostentoso. Dentro de la habitación teníamos una hamaca!! Además, todo olía muy bien y los jabones que proporcionaban eran exquisitos. También el desayuno incluido era excelente. Muy bien ubicado. Recomendamos 100% este hotel a cualquier grupo o pareja que quiera visitar la ciudad!!

We stayed 3 nights June 2021. We had two rooms, room 1 and room 10. The hotel is very clean and all staff is extremely helpful and friendly. You communicate with them via WhatsApp, so make sure you have that app. We purchased breakfast a couple times (thank you Karla, very delicious). Also, Jose at night was very helpful when we needed some ice at night. The girls in the front, were equally as helpful (Ruzena, Mari, Avi). They gave recommendations, ordered taxi and cleared up any doubt we had. The location is really perfect - 2 blocks from the church that has a show at 9:00 (Tue and Thursday) and two blocks from the center park. We drove and appreciated the gated parking lot behind the hotel. Thank you!! We would definitely return here when in Valladolid again.
