Bastante mal. En el hotel están construyendo una cabaña. Así que martillan ahí al lado desde que llegamos y desde 8am del día siguiente. No se puede descansar. Hay albañiles y es incómodo meterse a la tina de hidromasaje que además no servía. El restaurante sin muchísimos productos

Estuvimos un fin de semana en la suite con jacuzzi. El hotel y la habitación muy bonitos. Te sientes dentro de un bosque. Las Terrazas de las suites no tienen privacidad y le dan mayor prioridad a la gente que viene al restaurante. Puedes estar en tu terraza mientras va pasando la gente que llega al restaurante, es un hotel en el que no aceptan niños, pero al restaurante si. No hay coherencia en eso. Se nos fue la luz a las 10 pm blackout total por 5 min. Me imagino que por la lluvia fuerte pero del staff no te llaman ni te mandan mensaje (todo es por medio de WhatsApp, room service, reservación de masajes etc) para preguntar si se ofrece algo o si todo está bien. Le falta a la atención al cliente. No se nos aviso que el hotel estaba en obra, se escuchaban todos los ruidos de la construcción. Entonces asi cómo relajarte no podías mucho. El masaje muy bueno. Tomamos el profundo. Las instalaciones del spa buenas sin más. En relación calidad/precio lo sentimos overated
