Simplemente, no pudimos llegar, todos los accesos bloqueados, no hubo forma de llegar al hotel, y aunque llamamos para avisar que haríamos late check in y nos informaron de las calles cerradas, simplemente, no fue posible llegar

Hicimos una reserva y el ultimo día vino mi familia y quise cambiar habitación y que me cobraran la diferencia y querían que pagara una habitación completa! Tarifa normal cuando ya había pagado mi alojamiento. Mi esposa y mi hijo no entrábamos en una habitación matrimonial pésimo servicio al Cliente! Ningún hotel te hace esto!

Resulta que están reparando la calle de la entrada principal y nunca avisan en el anuncio y es literalmente imposible entrar por otra parte, demore más de una hora para poder llegar por la parte trasera de servicio. Experiencia fatal
