Stupendo hotel come da aspettative e forse oltre. Bellissime le due zone wellness davvero ricche di proposte e zone relax fornitissime di elementi di relax ed arredo che le rendono davvero molto accoglienti. Molto buona la cucina con proposte di ogni tipo e con cibo di ottima qualità. La suite 489 in cui abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare è strepitosa per il suo arredamento di gusto e per la sua eccellente domotica. Bellissimo il balcone panoramico con la whirlpool e sauna privata. Senza dimenticare il comodissimo parcheggio interrato, il curatissimo giardino con i numerosi lettini ed ombrellone e non per ultimo la grande ospitalità di tutto lo staff. Cinque stelle meritatissime! Bravi 👏🏻

Un Hotel accogliente sotto tutti i punti di vista. Il personale, tutto, preparato e sempre disponibile, con un sorriso; la cucina varia, con prodotti di prima qualità e locali e attenta alle intolleranze; le stanze spaziose e rinnovate con una vista stupenda; area saune e piscine pulitissima e con ampia scelta. Il giardino è ideale per godersi l'atmosfera... CONSIGLIATISSIMO!

Hotel di lusso immerso in un’oasi di pace tra i monti splendidi della Val Casies. Ottima location, servizio e pulizia. La conduzione familiare permette un’accoglienza e un soggiorno pieno di coccole. Cucina bio e km 0 con ricca colazione, buffet dalle 14.00 alle 16.30 e infine cena con menù abbastanza vario ma di qualità .

Io e mio marito abbiamo trascorso 5 gg in questa meravigliosa struttura da 5 stelle tutte meritate. Siamo stati accolti dal proprietario Sig. Manuel e da sua moglie come se facessimo parte della famiglia. Abbiamo alloggiato nella suite New Balance bellissima e pulitissima. Un tavolo dove facevamo colazione e cena che si affacciava con una vetrata sul giardino e laghetto ed una vista stupenda sulle montagne. Un plauso allo Chef che proponeva dei piatti ottimi di alto livello bellissimi anche da vedere. Ottimi anche i dolci alta pasticceria. Spa e wellness all'altezza della struttura Abbiamo lasciato il cuore quando siamo venuti via ...ma ci torneremo sicuramente.

Sesto soggiorno da voi, un'altro pezzetto di cuore che lasciamo in Val Casies... Siete il nostro rifugio, la nostra ricarica di energia e la nostra pausa di relax da diversi anni ormai... Che dobbiamo dire? Se ritorniamo sempre con immenso piacere un motivo ci sarà! Nel 2023 non abbiamo avuto occasione di venire quindi vediamo solo ora le novità post- ristrutturazione : alcuni ambienti comuni rinnovati così come diverse stanze, spettacolare la timeless sky spa soprattutto perché in grado di offrire un servizio aggiuntivo che si differenzia dal resto ( apertura al mattino, bar in accappatoio, vista mozzafiato sulla valle)... Si vede il desiderio di migliorarsi sempre e di stare al passo coi tempi, si percepisce il connubio tra tradizione e innovazione, tra storia e modernità.. Quello che però rimane immutato nel tempo è la vostra straordinaria ospitalità, dal caloroso benvenuto al dolce arrivederci, ogni minuto del nostro soggiorno ci sentiamo accolti e coccolati da tutti voi, siete una squadra fantastica. La famiglia Steinmar i primis, ma anche tutto il personale della sala, del bar, il team della spa, le signore delle camere... Tutti davvero. Quest'anno abbiamo avuto anche una graditissima sorpresa:un tavolo apparecchiato in modo speciale e romantico per il nostro anniversario, senza averne fatto particolare richiesta. Anche per questo vogliamo dirvi grazie. Siete e resterete per sempre il nostro posto del cuore ❤️ Alla prossima volta!

We stayed at this hotel for the second time, after a long time, and I must say that we found it to be an improved hotel. The improvements concern the renovation of the rooms and some parts of the hotel and obviously for the new SPA area. Furthermore, the service which was already excellent has been expanded with various offers, both for those who ski and those who want to have different experiences and for free rentals of various equipment. Particular praise goes to the staff who take care of the excursions (Matthias & Patrick ) and to the guys who only take care of the sauna sessions on weekends. Both the breakfast and lunch buffets were EXCEPTIONAL. Just like the evening buffet and the à la carte dishes, the dessert buffet presented every evening by the master pastry chefs was excellent. The only sore points are the cost of the carafe of drinking water at 4.5 Euros, UNACCEPTABLE. Considering that throughout the day in all the SPA areas, as well as in all the other rooms where activities take place, there is always water, herbal teas, water and linseed infusions, etc. available. Don't tell me that the cost is linked to the source project, since firstly, it is not explained or valued anywhere, secondly this cost could easily have been managed in a different way by charging it and spreading it across other services. Finally, another sore point was the professional aufguss presented during the week at 4.00pm and 6.00pm, but they were not absolutely engaging, exciting and seemed like being at school... This is where we slipped on the banana peel... too bad because this The poor service annoyed me as well as other guests and it's a shame. This feedback to take action in this regard, because you are a great team.

It is the fourth time we have returned to theQuelle, I have been lucky enough to travel the world and go to many 5 star hotels, for me theQuelle is the best if you are looking for a place to be pampered, to be served by professional staff, always present but not oppressive, being in an elegant environment in tranquility, excellent breakfast and meals, excellent quality of raw materials, variety of foods, well-stocked wine cellar, beautiful SPA, clean with towels always available, beautiful Aufguss with Tony and above all with the great Nicola and Giordano, in short you rest, you relax and what you spend is well spent. I forgot, very clean, quiet rooms with excellent quality mattresses. Recommended 👍

We have visited several Belvita hotels but theQuelle remains the top: elegant, functional, spacious rooms; exceptional 3/4 board starting from breakfast, light lunch, snack and fabulous gourmet dinner. Throughout the hotel you can breathe an air of relaxation, well-being and always fragrant. Also worth highlighting is the professionalism, friendliness and kindness of all the staff. Finally, the entire spa area, aquatic world, saunas, new sky spa, relaxation rooms and much more are unsurpassed, we will definitely return.

Very nice hotel, recently renovated, truly complete and well-structured spa, even if you get lost the first few days because it's a labyrinth and there are no maps. Sauna and various rooms, however very beautiful, with adequate events and services. Excellent cuisine, impeccable service, good afternoon snack, with also hot dishes. They organize very nice excursions with local guides, all included, including the equipment. They also decorated our lunch table with flowers on the occasion of our anniversary: ​​much appreciated. Very quiet room and very comfortable bed (suite) but inexplicably very hot, we had to keep the window open and there was no way to fix it even after request. Final notes that are incomprehensible and illogical for me for a structure like this: charging 4.5 euros for each bottle of tap water (microfiltered and carbonated, but always tap) I don't find it honest, especially after having paid 1700 euros for 3 nights, not Does this make sense. Finally the request to pay another 70 euros to stay until 3pm on the day of departure. No other structure has asked us for anything in similar cases, even 4 stars. Well, I don't know what to say, falling at the final count is like stumbling on the finish line and ruining all the good work done before. A shame, because it doesn't make me want to go back at all.
