El 14 de Abril al finalizar la estancia, al salir por la recepción aún teniendo a mi perrita amarrada y siendo una perra pequeña ,el trato de la recepcionista extranjera ha estado fatal,a mi marido le falto el respeto.Un trato poco correcto por parte de esta recepcionista.

El complejo está deteriorado necesita una reforma urgente lo único notable es la piscina q se encuentra en buenas condiciones me gustó mucho.
La cocina del apartamento está deteriorada los grifos de esta se encuentran en mal estado y la cocinilla viejita en todo el apartamento nos podríamos encontrar pequeñas hormigas

Nos quedamos dos noches en los apartamentos laurisilva y no nos limpiaron ni cambiaron toallas. La noche del sábado otros huéspedes estaban haciendo muchisimo ruido ( eran más de las 12 de la noche) y en recepción nos dicen que esas personas están de vacaciones y tienen derecho a pasarlo bien. Con un trato maleducado nos preguntan que qué queremos que hagan para callar a esos huéspedes. Por último nos recriminan nuestro deseo de descansar. Es indignante que se dé un trato tan despreciable al cliente.

Me gustaron mucho estos apartamentos sobretodo la piscina estan ubicados cerca de casi todo tiene un super casi al lado y el BBVA en frente estan bien equipados tiene un parque que se ve bien para los niños aunque no lo usamos ya que sólo fuimos con amigos

Me encantó mis 5 días en familia en este complejo, los apartamentos limpios y con lo necesario para estar, la piscina en muy buen estado, las tumbonas siempre limpias y funcionando, la localización ideal para visitar todo el pueblo y sus alrededores caminando, repetiría sin duda.
