Made reservation, by accident, on wrong date. Within 4 minutes after submitting the reservation through *******, I call *******. ******* says QI has no refund cancellations. I say can i change to the actual date I wanted in the first place? She calls QI and they say no vacancy on alternate and no refund on the wrong date. I then tell ******* Since I've been a user of their site and they've made plenty of money from my trips for over 20 years, ******* should refund me. They say nothing they can do a forst kevel rep nor at "supervisor"level. So...i did not stay there. Quality Inn got my money for no effort on their part, that's otherwise called theivery, and just bad business practice in the long run. I'll never staycat a QI brand again. Look at what I'm writing. ******* will never get a dime either.
Stay elsewhere if at all possible.
