It's not bad, but you do get what you pay for. Front desk staff was excellent. Gave me a choice of floors to be on. Room is musty and dated but clean. I would stay here again to save money over a nicer place. It was certainly convenient.

Made reservation, by accident, on wrong date. Within 4 minutes after submitting the reservation through *******, I call *******. ******* says QI has no refund cancellations. I say can i change to the actual date I wanted in the first place? She calls QI and they say no vacancy on alternate and no refund on the wrong date. I then tell ******* Since I've been a user of their site and they've made plenty of money from my trips for over 20 years, ******* should refund me. They say nothing they can do a forst kevel rep nor at "supervisor"level. So...i did not stay there. Quality Inn got my money for no effort on their part, that's otherwise called theivery, and just bad business practice in the long run. I'll never staycat a QI brand again. Look at what I'm writing. ******* will never get a dime either.
Stay elsewhere if at all possible.

A friend and I decided to get a room for the night after going out. Upon checking in the person that was at the front desk stated that my reservation was canceled for some reason. However she didnt request a deposit and upgraded my room to the one with the jacuzzi tub in it so all in all I made out pretty well. However it was wasnt the price i got when i made the reservation through hotels

The service first off when I ask where my room she said to use the stairs. I’m new what stairs. Didn’t ask if I needed luggage rack. My room smelled like ****. In the sheets. Small round pillows really uncomfortable. Breakfast was cold cereal and coffee and orange juice. When I was taken my bags full two workers didn’t ask to help or get a cart. Had two trips. Worst service

Room is clean and spacious, front desk staff are friendly. Plenty parking, well lit. Continental breakfast not good, 2 choices of cereal, waffle and coffee taste like water. My room on 2nd floor is quiet, I slept well. Dining room messy, not maintained for at least 2 days I was there. Food scattered on counter top and tables not cleaned.
