The location is very good, right next to the big fountain, it is very convenient to enter the ancient city, take a taxi or take a bus. service is top notch

Fabulous in every way, over the top service and friendly, helpful staff. This is the best option by far for a hotel adjacent to the main sights of Valletta and it is literally across the street from the central bus station which will get you all over the island of Malta. Perhaps my best 5 star hotel experience ever.

Except for the small room, there are no other disadvantages. The location is perfect and the scenery is beautiful.

The whole experience from when you enter is fantastic. All employees from reception to restaurants snd bars as well as pool area are very friendly and helpful making hou feel at home. Special mention goes to Craig who on setting your foot inside the hotel makes it his mission to assist you always and Maria from the Spa that gave me an excellent massage. Cleanliness is impeccable and housekeeping are polite and nice. The fresh flowers daily is a true touch of class. Food in all restaurants is just excellent and the choices are ample including vegan

Esse hotel me surpreendeu em todos os sentidos. Decoração de extremo bom gosto, móveis clean e chiques. Nosso quarto era super espaçoso, com duas sacadas. Cama deliciosa. Banheiro muito bom também, apesar de pequeno. Muitas toalhas de corpo e rosto à disposição e amenities da Acqua di Parma. Café da manhã gostoso, mas nada de excepcional. O restaurante da piscina é excelente. Maior destaque do hotel: a equipe de funcionários, desde os recepcionistas até a senhora que limpa os quartos, todos, sem exceção, super atenciosos, prestativos e amáveis. Meu marido havia comentado, quando fez nossa reserva, que estaríamos comemorando nosso aniversário de casamento e eles nos surpreenderam com uma surpresa no café da manhã (foto). Um carinho que não custou nada para o hotel, mas representou muito para nós. Então, definitivamente hospede-se nesse hotel quando vier a Malta. Únicas observações: Tentei fazer massagem no SPA, mas tive meu pedido negado em razão da gravidez, porém acredito que o hotel deveria se informar melhor acerca dos benefícios da massagem para as mulheres grávidas, principalmente àquelas que têm retenção de líquidos, como é o meu caso, tanto que faço massagens 2 x por semana há mais de 13 anos e minha médica não só permitiu, mas estimulou que eu continuasse durante a gravidez.

A little confusion on arrival with our room but it got sorted very quickly and we had a beautiful room with a harbour view stunning grounds and gardens which led to the pool area. Staff at the hotel were ‘impeccable’ I don’t use that word often! Breakfast was lovely. We ate in the hotel restaurant once which was very nice. Position is perfect five minutes walk to the city gates and bus station. Can’t fault the hotel and would highly recommend staying if visiting Malta.

Overall this is a nice property with excellent proximity to Valletta for those who enjoy walking. The service is high quality and the hotel has an old world charm to it. Both Contessa and Beef Bar are good restaurants but I would recommend exploring many of the nearby establishments too as there are numerous within a 5 minute walk. The spa and gym are both very functional and offer all the amenities one needs. The infinity pool is a great escape within the city. An area of improvement would be the cleanliness in some of the common areas. Quite often in the breakfast salon we would see litter and that also extended to the bathrooms in the lobby. A hotel of this caliber should have staff notice and clean before guests can notice.

My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights very central all the sights in Malta. Firstly must say the staff house keeping especially went above and beyond in looking and tidying the rooms. Turn down in the evening again was excellent. Dinning in the restaurant was good but staffing a little stretched but the meal arrived and it was perfect. We did not have breakfast as we felt 35 euros a bit steep and I only consume coffee and toast first thing. The gardens and pool area are very tranquil and service again very good. The welcome drink in the palm court, where we met other guests served some canapés, nice touch. We would definitely return and perhaps have a room higher up overlooking the city.
