The room was spotless . The pool area and breakfast area were also very clean. The reception person was very courteous and helpful.

Overall I was pleased with our stay. One reason we chose GrandStay was the pool & hot tub. They were both closed a couple times for maintenance which was unfortunate and difficult for my children to understand.
