Had a great 3-night stay during May long weekend. Great location. The hotel was impeccably clean. Very comfortable beds. Softest pillows you can find. Nice view of the bay. Bathrooms are a bit weird were there is no extractor, but had no problems other than foggy mirrors. In my experience there were no noise problems at all and we had great sound isolation. Biggest complaint is that gym and pool hours are limited. Request some extra towels from reception since the ones provided are on the small side.

Bel hôtel, mais mon expérience avec le service à la clientèle a été très moyen: - Premier appel à l'hôtel pour tenter de réserver une chambre et me faire dire qu'il n'y avait plus de place, - Je retente ma chance une semaine plus tard (un peu désespéré, car peu de choix dans cette région) et surprise, on me dit qu'il y a plusieurs chambres disponibles! - Suite à la réservation, je n'ai pas obtenu de confirmation courriel, j'écris donc un courriel pour l'obtenir, mais je n'ai jamais reçu de réponse à ce message, je tente d'appeler, pas de réponse à la réception. - La chambre que j'ai obtenue était au troisième étage avec une vue sur un mur. - Frais de "Marketing Service" ajoutés à la facture (6.57$)? Sinon, la chambre était belle, propre et silencieuse. C'est la mauvaise expérience avec le service à la clientèle qui me fait écrire cet avis.
