Come sempre stato da tempo che ci andiamo ogni anno in questo periodo di intensa affluenza dimostra sempre di essere al top. Personale disponibilissimo ad ogni esigenza pulizia impeccabile di tutto l hotel dalla cucina alle sale alle stanze ecc. E la nostra meta preferita e ci ritorniamo sempre ogni anno. 👍❤️

Hotel completamente ristrutturato con parcheggio gratuito, situato in posizione strategica nel paese. Camera pulita, ben insonorizzata e ben arredata, ambienti comuni comfortevoli. Buona la colazione con dolci artigianali. Personale cordiale. Prezzo corretto per l'offerta. Consigliato.

Soggiorniamo con la mia famiglia in questo hotel. Si parcheggia intorno alla struttura e il centro di Cascia è velocemente raggiungibile a piedi. Buona accoglienza alla reception. Stanze nuove, curate ed eleganti. La nostra è una tripla ampia, con un bel bagno. Colazione buona, non eccezionale, in una bella sala. Prezzo in linea con il livello dell' hotel. Consigliato.

Ho alloggiato presso questo hotel come accompagnatore di un gruppo classe. Struttura molto bella, nuovissima, elegante e confortevole. Stanze spaziose e dotate di tutti i comfort. Ristorazione adeguata. Manca però la cortesia e l'attenzione ai clienti. Il fatto di essere un gruppo classe non consente in alcun modo a chi era nella hall durante il turno notturno di salire senza preavviso nel piano in cui alloggiavano i ragazzi e prenderli a parolacce ("Avete rotto il caxxx"). Andavano avvisati gli insegnanti che avrebbero saputo come comportarsi. I ragazzi erano appena saliti nelle loro stanze alle ore 11.00 ed è normale che si crei un po' di trambusto con 40 adolescenti che salgono a piedi le scale. Se poi non li si vuole, è sufficiente non accettare gruppi scolastici. Se gli insegnanti chiedono delle bibite alle 11.30, non si può rispondere sbuffando. Inoltre in fase di check out ci hanno fatto tardare mezz'ora perché la responsabile delle pulizie non trovava un cuscino da decorazione, salvo venire a sapere dalle altre governanti che in una stanza vi era un cuscino in meno sin dall'inizio. Insomma: cercate di essere più gentili con tutti gli ospiti, anche se adolescenti. Non vi manca nulla. Tranne la cortesia e l'avanzare delle scuse quando necessario.

Sono stato in questo ristorante domenica 12 maggio con un gruppo... Cosa dire: mangiare molto scadente fettuccine crude pollo ancora con il sangue una cosa disgustosa per finire arancio marcio.... La cosa terribile é il capo sala che dice al cameriere questo é il gruppo che non ha nulla da mangiare. Complimenti allo staff cambiate lavoro

Despite the beautiful structure and the applied taff, organization and service leave something to be desired. Bins without waste bags, bathroom without any kind (headphones, comb, toothbrush). A real shame, I would not recommend it.

During our participation in the Umbria Cup, we had lunch at the Monte Meraviglie Restaurant together with my group of friends. We had a fixed menu for the group, but well prepared, and we were very happy with the quality of the food. The tagliatelle with meat sauce were truly excellent. The restaurant environment was very welcoming and the staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring efficient service during our lunch despite all the families and children present. Recommended
